Why all She-Ra threads end up turning into political discussions

If you don't care/like gay shit, is worth giving it a try, it's strongest point personally is how likable and well written are the characters, some are having really good development too.

If you cannot gut the gay shit tho, there's some of it and some of it, altho the main one is plot relevant.

Characters are fun. Animation is honestly pretty bad. Eh overall.

Glimmer in season 1 was mostly annoying but had like two moments where I thought she was cute. And in season 2, she was mostly a tolerable character who was just sort of there, but had like three moments where I thought she was cute. So maybe by season three, she’ll actually be likable.
I’m surprised that there are even a minority of people on Yea Forums who don’t dislike Glimmer. Hell, the only reason why I want to give her a chance is because I’m a fatfag, and she has nice hips.

Yeah, that's what I've been using for everything, but half of translating First One is being able to read between the glyphs, so to speak. There are constant spelling mistakes in nearly every piece of text.
Sometimes it's backwards (like pic related), sometimes the circles are filled, even when they aren't supposed to be, sometimes diamonds are rotated so they look like squares, and vice versa.
It's a mess.

I honestly have a decent amount of respect for Hordak in this series. I mean, he's obviously ruthless and cruel, but it's not in a capricious way like a lot of cartoon tyrants where they punish the bearer of bad news, or are cruel to underlings who did nothing wrong. When he advances someone, it's generally because of good performance, and when he demotes someone or revokes a resource, it's because they failed to follow his instructions, or produce results. You can tell he recognizes Entrapta's intelligence and value to him, and as such, has more respect for her than most other characters we've seen, even though he could have just as easily been threatened that she may be a better inventor or more competent than him in some ways. But no, his pragmatism wins out, and he allows her to continue aiding him on important projects, because she showed competence.

What if Hordak wasn't banished to Despondos? What if he went looking for Etheria and ended up in that dimension in pursuit of said planet to prove himself worthy of horde Prime's favor again?

Etheria is the "twin planet" of Eternia and was lost to the galaxy several centuries, if not millennia ago, thanks to a She-Ra who wanted to protect her world of the coming Horde threat. It's also full of immense power that if controlled could possibly be the key to defeating Eternia.

The reason he wants to control Etheria and bring it out of the shadows is because Hordak is a clone of Horde Prime who had outlived his usefulness and was most likely thrown away due to him failing Horde Prime in some manner. And this whole thing is Hordak proving to Horde Prime that he isn't a failure that ceased to serve a purpose.

Tbh the height of the characters is retardidly inconsistent between scenes. Sometimes glimmer looks half the size of she-ra. 2 seconds later she's almost as tall as her and 5 seconds later She-Ra is Andre the Giant.
