Weird, I would've thought "turning her into an A cup" (as if Yea Forums actually knows what that is) means she was ugly and ruined forever, and that fill-in artists from years ago like these where the norm and not the exception.

Part of it was that the artist they were using during the KSD run was terrible, part of it is that Anka rarely puts any effort into drawing women.

And a HUGE part of all this is that Butters/Fazekas' run was 3 years ago, while Stohl had Bandini, Pacheco and Sauvage and Thompson has Carnero, three of them female artists who enjoy giving her curves and making her attractive.
Which reminds me, there's this page from Life of Captain Marvel in which Pacheco drew the current Carol as bustier than the classic version, hah!

The two artists in the comparison pic posted above were filling in the middle of an arc, and aren't representative of the overall runs. Specifically, A-Force and Ultimates2 (neither of them her solo series), and there's a big reason why these are "fill-in artists" in first place.
You're basically complaining that in an odd issue, they were drawn differently than in 90% of the run.
