Mystery Inc. was consistent with few bad episodes and cringe. Gravity Falls loses too many episodes that are only comedy that did not develop the plot nor the cast. It needed more story, while Mystery Inc. was never short at the comedy and plot.

Gravity Falls is overhyped and simply has not held up. It had nothing outside the “mystery” which was insanely standard for a kids cartoon. It’s reputation has degraded rapidly when people realize the extend of its poor quality
