What kind of concept art did you have? Was it rough character concepts, model sheets, concept paintings of specific scenes, storyboards?
I don't think I've ever seen more JL/U concept art on the internet than pic related, and the short test footage clip with Impulse and Robin joining up with the Justice League.
Judging by the pictures here, it looks like they messed around with the line-up a bit before they finalized which characters should be part of the cast.

My favorite concept for Frozen was the Frozen Heart Ruler thing, like Elsa was born with ice powers so everybody think she'll the tyrant from the prophecy so everybody antanagonize her from childhood, her only friend is her younger sister but even that gets taken away from her, since Anna start seeing her as a burden like her parents. Arandelle basically created their own villain been treating Elsa like shit and then act surprised when she explode.

If you ever dig into the development of Pocahontas it's such a fucking disappointing and depressing series of events. The creative team had all these great ideas like the Powhatan characters speaking mostly in Algonquian with Pocahontas having to learn to speak English, and with a more accurate story focused on a young girl torn between her loyalty to her people and trying to help a group of mostly decent settlers in a foreign land.
But then JK came in and decreed that they were doing Romeo and Juliet with Indians because he was gonna get that Best Picture award even if it meant turning a promising picture into ridiculous Oscar bait.

The prophecy stuff was pretty good and should have been left in. It really helps flesh out Elsa's character as well as the parents' reasons for going to the extremes they did as much to protect Elsa from the people as to protect the people from her. It also comes up in some of the better songs that got cut like 'Life's Too Short'.

Elsa should have stayed the "bad" guy, but one that was created by the years of being told she was "bad" and would never be a good as Anna, she finally ends up snapping. Anna realizing she had let her sister, her best friend, down would have run after her and tried to get her back.

No. Lego had a TTTE license and used it to make a Duplo Thomas theme, however, and I could definitely see the concept art as something kids'd do in real life if they were starting to get into the grit and edge part of their childhoods whilst still keeping their old Duplo.
