ITT: Terrible cartoons
ITT: Terrible cartoons
I've yet to come across a cartoon as horrible as this one.
MLP FIM seasons 2 through 9. :))
Also hot trash.
Shouldn't you be working on your new show, Faust?
For me it's Courage the Cowardly Dog, Ed Edd n Eddy, King of the Hill, the first 9 seasons of the Simpsons, the first 3 seasons of Spongebob, and Avatar the Last Airbender. The worst cartoons.
The fuck you said about my boy Jack nigga ?
I know this is a troll but I still get an instinctual reaction just looking at it.
Get taste.
4-9*
2-9+the movie, it's the same director in charge of everything.
Only season 5. Great 3 episodes though.
2 was /almost/ as good as 1, if a little different. 3 was transitional and an acceptable stopping point. 4 is when they started running out of ideas.
1 is the best but it had a few good seasons. At least two.
>No one has mention Steven Universe yet
Calling SU shit is old hat, Star Vs. is the new Yea Forums punching bag.
One goes without saying, the other still needs to be clarified.
>2 a little different from 1
>a little
>a little
Right.
4 was when they were actually shoving in the scripts a lot of ideas to escape 2's "character freaks out for 21 minutes in a low-energy way... nothing else interesting happens"
3 was the transitional point to revision the scripts for more stuff going on in the background like Daring Don't.
2 was a complete bore fest.
Sadly shoving in more ideas when your creative vision does absolutely nothing with them will obviously not fix the problem. Sure they'll make the background prettier and more active, but outside of that it's like staring at a bunch of statues and concepts doing nothing.
1 had a shit ton of episodes that weren't really anything apecial and would be forgotten in hindsight if they came from later seasons. Who fucking remembers the cockatrice episode?
Episodes like Lesson Zero, Sleepless in Ponyville, Putting Your Hoof Down, Pinkie Apple Pie, Pinkie's Pride, Sisterhooves Social, Amending Fences all came from later seasons and they all were kino

OP
what the hell was the artstyle supposed to appeal to
You mean they were all the lowest form of shit found not in the barrel, but under the barrel.
The whole point of season 1 was that it was a fresh breath of air from the typical lolsorandumb 2010s cartoon made for children who grew up with trash internet videos.
Life can be more fulfilling if you just let the mediocre stuff pass you by. Picking apart trashy media can be good fun once in a while but once it becomes a hobby or habit you'll find huge swaths of your life wasted after a few years on things you don't even care about anymore.
The only exception are shows that started of good or had a lot of potential to be good and then got bad. Even then though you need just let it go after a while.
>seasons 1 through 9
ftfy
P.s. I always thought fosters home was overrated. It's weird because I did enjoy the show growing up and do still like a lot of the characters and general art direction of the backgrounds. It's just the actual humor and pacing in any given episode always feels a bit drab.
GOTTA GET BACK, BACK TO THE PAST, SAMURAI CAP
my hobby is picking apart trashy media until I'm convinced its secretly good and fall deeply in love with it
>W.I.T.C.H.
>Totally Spies
>Terrahawks
That's all I got.
Lying on the internet is not healthy.
