I wasn't crying or anything but I was quietly laughing with joy to myself.
How did you react to THAT scene?

i felt nothing.
Lost my shit but also had a moment of realization literally nothing Disney puts out after this can top it. At least for another ten years. So, happyness but also sadness.

Thank fuck I didn't go to a burger theatre where they scream, whistle, and clap like animals. The score is what really makes the scene and I want hear the damn thing.
If you think a burger theater is bad you should go find some vids of India.
I typically don't scream, whistle or clap but I went 'oh shit' at least like 15 times throughout the course of the movie, haha
Yeah, I gathered they go insane of this stuff and they are generally a memey people cause of how absurd they come across online. Never really looked into it but an funny examples of Indian autism? The friendship broken thing is the only one I know (technically Paki but whatever).
pretty much since the iron man/thor/cap vs thanos fight started all the way until the end I was grinning.
I had a good laugh over how they recreated the elevator scene from WS. Hail Hydra was a good way to cap it off but I really was expecting him to say the same 'Anyone want to get out?' line.
same here.
yeah that scene was great, I was smiling like a motherfucker
>mfw EVERYONE came for revenge
God I wish my kinoplex was this fun. People throwing confetti and clapping like no tomorrow
Did anyone see Agent Hill anywhere? She's in the credits but I don't think she was even at the funeral
she was at the funeral, she was near the back next to the iron man 3 guy.
>yfw Howard the Duck was there
cringe on how cheap looking the special effects were
Must have missed her because I was trying to figure out who that Twilight looking fuck was. What was the point of having him show up if the actor has grown so much he's completely unrecognizable?
>mfw
Is this Bioshock Infinite?
no it's Portal
Didn't care until Cap posed with the hammer and shield and said his line
why didnt they do this on titan?
Started clapping and 1/3 of the theatre followed
I kind of wish Cap went avengers ASSEMBLE! Instead of Avengers assemble.
Cap fighting with Mjolnir is everything. I've wanted for the past decade or so.
>Is that all, Wong?
>Whatta u toking about, Strange? U wan the dependers?
Kevin Feige is absolutely savage.
>all those midair portals appearing
>ships and fucking armies coming through
Clearly the mystics can't create interplanetary portals, or Strange would have gotten the three of them off the ship before it was even decided to continue the trip to Titan.
I honestly kind of expected it. Like their shows are dead, at least give them a tiny cameo in the big battle.
yet people like the ravagers and howard the duck came through the portals
were they all just chilling on earth?
You think Cox feels, deep inside, really sad that he couldn't be a part of that big event because of studio and contractual fuckery? Tbh, I'd be fine with them rebooting Daredevil completely. The films have never acknowledged their existence and the shows never, ever felt like they were in the same universe as the films. They refer to superheroes, that are global icons, by cryptic nicknames like 'that dude with da shield!' as if they are z list celebrities whose names you can barely remember. That one clip in the Far From Home trailer with highschool students talking about Thor, Iron Man, etc. by name gets how the little people would speak about these superheroes more than those shit Netflix shows ever did.
also
strange had to make a portal from titan to earth to get him, spiderman and the rest of gotg there since thats where they were unsnapped
He means planet to planet. Since they were on the ship, they were always moving so it was hard for strange to pinpoint
Why didn't they just bring in Carol Denvers in that scene? Someone's being a bitch?
Why would they?
Holy shit, Howard the Duck was in the final battle?
because based russos
It's a blink and you miss it cameo.
Right after Wasp appears Howard is to her right next to a blue alien
Not Ghost ;_;
Anybody else notice when BP had the Gauntlet trying to get it to the van, you can see Ant-man in the background?
>say it
>say it
>he's gotta say it
>why hasn't he said it
>he needs to say it or this is all for nothing
>stop getting hype people he's gotta say it!
>they know, they have to know
>this is the perfect time
>he's gonna say it
>fucking say it it's been years
>HE SAID IT
>HE SAID THE THING
>FUCK YEAH.
Did they just start a fucking rave? What is happening?
Howard the duck was there but skrulls weren't.
Captain Marvel was a pointless movie.
MFW Even Howard the Duck got called for fight.
Skrulls are literally a scattering of war refugees who are running from a war. Also, the mystics demonstrably cannot create interplanetary portals.
Their expression are appropriate reaction desu
>Jessica, the Asian, and the Latina look disgusted and taken aback
>Luke has 'u fucking serious?' face
>Daredevil's shoulders are slumped and he looks down in complete defeat; he is contemplating suicide
The Virgin Netcucks vs. The Chad Space Duck
It was awesome. Even if it meant a bunch of deaths of rando soldiers on the good guy side, it transformed the scene from a bleak last stand with the remaining heroes alone, to a triumphant showing of united forces of good against evil. It was like this movie’s version of Gandalf returning with the Rohirrim.
I was thinking “based strange” the entire time
the “1” sign was fantastic
Who are the aliens? It Kraglin implied to have reformed Yondu’s ravager group, or was it the members of the other ravager groups?
Thor-friends maybe?
His beatdown on thanos was the best part of the movie
Not canon ...
AOS fags always wanted Tony to finally see Coulson alive. kek
Yes, the bleakness that preceded that scene was essential to making it as effective as it was. Thanos monologuing about destroying the universe in whole and enjoying destroying Earth was actually intimidating, and seeing his army march forward, etc. they felt every bit as vile and evil as the Orcs from LotR. Like they would destroy everything beautiful and good if set loose on the world.
>him being at the funeral knowing full well he directly caused tony’s death
How can one man be so based
>cannot create interplanetary portals
>Traveled from Titan and managed to get the Ravagers to show up
Sure buddy
As of now, the only TV MCU outing that has gotten open acknowledgement in the movies is Agent Carter, because Jarvis is in Endgame played by the same actor.
Gotta keep Strange as the guy that has his own side agenda and knows slightly more than everyone else. Big part of what made him IW/EG better than he was in his own movie.
The scene when Strange and Tony were making eye-contact while tony was fighting off thanos, I could hear this song

>and seeing his army march forward, etc. they felt every bit as vile and evil as the Orcs from LotR. Like they would destroy everything beautiful and good if set loose on the world.
I love that shot with cap standing alone against them, by the way. I was thinking “perfect computer wallpaper” when it happened. Can’t wait for the Blu-Ray rip so i can make that wallpaper when it comes out.
Some will harp on about the lack of that scene where Cap directly goes 'You'll never win as long as one man stands against you' thing but that little sequence conveyed it pretty damn well. He'd still charge at that army alone if Thanos somehow made him short and scrawny again.
>Skrulls are literally a scattering of war refugees who are running from a war.
No, they WERE that, 20 years ago. They've had an entire generation to rebuild.
>Also, the mystics demonstrably cannot create interplanetary portals.
They literally do that. That's how half of them get there, complete with space ships coming out of the portals.
>Skrulls are literally a scattering of war refugees who are running from a war.
So Carol didn't find them a home like she promised?
Wow she's super fucking useless then isn't she?
Wait, were all the portals summoned by Strange or did others help? In the shot it seemed like he was coordinating everything
I was angry at the loss of that speech for a minute but then I realized it that wouldn't have made sense in context because Thanos' new plan was to reboot everything specifically because he realized people would stand against him if he did anything else
So if Cap gave that speech about one man standing against him Thanos could just go "Uh yeah that's why I'm doing it this way".
Others helped. Wong was there.
I think Strange only portal'ed the Titan crew back to earth.
I agree. The visuals sold the exact idea that speech held without having to say anything. Cap would have stood alone against an army there to bring oblivion to his world, even if he seemed to have no chance of winning, because it was the right thing to do.
It’s pretty sad how the shows are handled in connection to the MCU, like yeah the Netflix ones could easily pass as their own things since they barely mention any of the big things from the movies, but you’d think AoS would be treated better when one of its main characters comes right from the movies.
I was struggling to suppress the urge to turn around and murder the couple ratshits seated behind me.
post yfw when this piece played
I only saw Endgame on my third try. First time a guy who was fucking hammered and on drugs was at the front row shirtless cackling and flipping the screen off. He wasn't ejected even though a staff member tried to talk to him earlier to be quiet, and the film had subtitles too which I wasn't aware of. Bailed. Second time was a woman to my left eating popcorn obnoxiously loud and some Eastern European shit. I wasn't going to REEE as her for doing something she was, technically, within her rights to do and make a scene, so bailed. Had a good experience on the third watch. I'll probably enjoy the film even more on a rewatch.
Clapping, cheering, pumping my first, the whole nine yards. So did the rest of my theater. We're not big on emotional repression here.
IIRC it's the latter.
>He thinks planets don't move
"planetos", Greek for "wanderers"
I had a pair of insectoid parents constantly taking pictures of their son during the movie only a few seats left of me. Constant camera flashes. I don't consider myself a mean or rude person but I was seriously considering marching over there and snatching their phones from them.
I wanted to start screaming Anna or Elizabeth
but I knew no one would understand that reference.
