Why wasn't she in either IW or EG?

They seemed to have planned on it at one point, I guess they decided it just didn't fit the setting.
He's more relatable as a man just trying to save us all rather than an incel thirsting to rattle some bones. The series success attests to that.
Let Thanos stand on his own rather than being defined by his relationship with someone else. Redefining the character so that his goals and motivations aren't just the extension of someone else's will is good for him, and makes him seem more dangerous. You can't really have the villain of a film called Endgame be doing it all for someone else - that makes them the endgame. Also too conceptual for mainstream audiences. Also too supernatural for Chinese audiences.
That is like asking why Snyder did not use a squid monster in the Watchmen movie
Because the Russo's thought she was too weird. They seem to be scared of the big weird comicy stuff.
You think the Russo's are hacks?
There are people who believe that Snyder is a competent creative director.
It's unbelievable, I know, and against all logic and reason but there you have it.
He is visually creative. He just can't write for shit.
Why would a person think such thoughts? What drives a man to such lows?
In Thanos's defense, Death is quite THICC for a skeleton lady.
Not when his goal would be naturally overturned within 50-60 years.
thiccc skelly UwU
yes she is dummy thicc
>We could've had classic Thanos instead of DUH GWATER GUD Thanos
Well, that genuinely hurts.
Now that Thanos (and half the universe) has experienced dying, she COULD be revealed as the new big bad. Wanting what was dead returned to her. Being an omen of the risks taken when death is reversed (referencing a potential Cancerverse situation).
Maybe even bring Thanos back like he originally was for Infinity Gauntlet.
Russos like to keep shit as grounded as possible they have said it themselves. It's why they didn't go with the crazier comic Cap stuff (apart from not liking the Cap comics) despite Markus and Mcfeely wanting to adapt shit from Gruenwald's run. BTW Markus and Mcfeely are the ones you have to thank for the way doctor Strange was handled since adaptimg his comic spells was their idea.
Still the only Director thay dares venture to the crazy side of comics is James Gunn.
His goal was shit and he wasn't relatable at all. Hell he was a shittier dad than Starlin's Thanos was to Gamora and at least comic Thanos had a reason to be a jerk to Nebula and it helped that she wasn't his daughter.
Disney didn't want to piss off parents by teaching children about death?
>He's more relatable as a man just trying to save us all rather than an incel thirsting to rattle some bones
Why do people always say that you should not take these movies seriously but when shit like this could be in movie, it is too silly suddenly.
How can comic Thanos be an incel if having sex was never his goal? Hell the act probably grosses him out since he finds the idea of creating life abhorrent. And if you go with the shitty Aaron retconn he has had a lot of sex.
Besides Thanos has turned down Death, there's a story where she tells him to kill Adam (which should be easy since he has done it before and Adam comes back) and that she will be his forever if he does it. But Thanos in the end doesn't kill Adam because he values Adam's trust and Death isn't trustworthy and he thinks she might be toying with him so he had more to lose than gain.
>incel
Normalfaggot
Sweet necropussy...
>still posting this shitty meme
Fuck off, he has patrician taste
>she COULD be revealed as the new big bad. Wanting what was dead returned to her.
Strange+Warlock+somebody else to the rescue for the Infinity Watch?
How exactly is Satsui no Hado gonna do shit against her anyway?
Well considering Warlock hasn't been used yet they could start him off evil as Magus, and have him work for Death.
t. last pick for the team in P.E:
yeah, having Warlock introduced in next GotG then having Magus as antagonist would be kino, especially if the storyline ends with Galactus showing up because they really made a mess of the cosmic balance over a few movies
>tfw you’d fap to her and other personifications of death but you’re afraid of a final destination tier scenario involving your genitals
Galactus should be a good/neutral guy, this big guy in his big ship who eats planets being the end boss would be like having the Independence Day aliens instead.
I wish they would have Thanos say something like, “I did it all for the love of Death.” Or when he turns to dust he could say to the screen, “Oh, my sweet Death welcomes me home.” Or something like that.
Then again I’m no screenwriter and am an idiot.
They could have had it both ways. Just a few lines about how he thinks death is the ultimate fairness and how death takes indescrinnately. Don't even feature the character much, just show the figure representing the concept. That way you distance yourself from it being to close to the Norse goddess Hela.
I mean who the fuck would want big weird comic book stuff in a comic book movie about a giant purple man who snaps his fingers and wipes out half the life in the universe.
The total absence of any acknowledgement stings, though.
>he did it all so his waifu would notice him
kek

also all the Gods are aliens
People would unironically start laughing at Thanos for being an incel. It's inevitable.
