If we're to judge how much time has passed through Mammon's change in size from when they drew up their peace treaty to now. Servants are already immortal, and his great size should be a measure for how much he's exceeded his entire race in not getting killed the longest. If we say the Universal War lasted for thousands of years and Mammon only grew to the size he was at the time of their treaty, then a lot more time surpassing the entirety of the Universal War's length should have passed by for him to have grown to his current size.

I just find it more likely that no one is really keeping track of time anymore, at least outside of a Demiurge's own personal empire, and people just think a few hundred years is impossibly long because of how short their own lives are.

The Kind People find it to be a great honor to serve others in high positions, merchants especially. I imagine that they might just end up dying in violent battles in service to their lords, the chances of such happening increasing as they become more old and decrepit.

We saw some especially large skulls of what I can only presume to be members of Mammon's kin in Yre, so it's not as if some of them don't get fuckhueg, but Mammon is definitely the largest we've ever seen.

Perhaps "The Count!" mentality Mammon was showing when we first met him in his vault was something he kept from his people, like when we see him staring into the sky and the rest of his people were just moving along in the same direction carrying non-descript wealth I always assumed that was to represent that his people were so concerned with wealth that all else holds no interest for them, they are like slaves to an ideal that money is the only thing that matters.
In this pursuit they could easily find themselves indebted or even voluntarily becoming what are essentially slaves, perhaps even killed after a time as to avoid paying them.
Mammon stopping to look into the sky showed the difference between him and the rest of his kind in my eyes, perhaps the rest of them live small and unimportant lives; never rising above their own perspective

I'm surprised that so many have survived until now. I can't imagine the living conditions of a population trying to survive under the warring feet of hundreds of godlike beings killing each other by any means necessary. People being born knowing of nothing but war; history during that time must have been murky with people trying to survive and not being able to record events.

Incorrect, Servants aren't just Mammon's race. Mammon's race are the Kind People and yes, they were all pretty servile except for Mammon.

But all those weird races like goblins, kappa, book head or giant murder baby are also Servants and they're not all submissive. Goblins are greedy as fuck, plenty of Servants become guild leaders and rulers, a lot of the Pursuers are Servants.
Hell, even Gog's a Servant.

Gog was a mortal girl who became a colony of other mortal beings. There's no white flame involved anywhere in the process.

So... She still is made of the warm black flame although she's not human anymore? Since she's made of worms, I wonder if her flame has become more ephemeral.

I imagine she's been completely consumed and her flame's not diminished at all. But there's something to be said for her sense of identity, I think.
