are there any changes you would have made to endgame?
For me, I would have made the old cap in the final scene with falcon played by Pic Related. In this way, he explains more clearly why he was in every marvel movie, and it also is a more symbolic scene of him passing on the torch to future writers and fans.
As an addition: both Stan and Cap lost the loves of their lives to natural old age during the filming of the franchise as a whole.
I would've made the Godzilla trailer the whole movie.
Why would Cap call Tony "Stank", or be in space talking to aliens...

One almost brought me to tears of joy and the other had Rey in it.
I would have dialed back Captain Marvel's power so she didn't steal the spotlight at all from Steve, Tony, and Thor. She has plenty more movies shes going to be in, she should have been strictly a background character here, not standing up to Thanos's attacks without even flinching when he was flinging the Big 3 around just a short time prior.
I would recreate the Carol Hulk scene where she slams into him and throws punches only for Thanos to be perfectly fine and ask if she is finished.
I would have had The Other and Supergiant appear during Past!Thanos invasion. Supergiant would be a small miss and you blink it cameo, with the behind the scenes explanation she perished during the assault on Xandar for the Power Stone.
45 Minutes shorter (cut down on past scenes to reduce time)
Don't make Thor complete comic relief
Stay consistent to rules of time travel established by having Old Cap not be in our reality, he leaves behind a message explaining where hes gone
Remove girl power scene
No Valkyrie or at the very least recast her
No Captain Marvel sucking the atmosphere and organic feeling of the scene out of everything
Give Strange something to do instead of playing with water
Show what happened with Aunt May in the 5 years
Give Drax/Mantis dialog
Give Hulk a bigger role in fighting Thanos
Put Godzilla trailer in movie
For ultimate cameo appearence I would of made Stan Lee play old man Captain America at end and have it be explained in movie that all those other Stan Lee cameo appearances we've seen him in, was Captain America using power of one infinity stones to check up on them ...

I wished captain marvel didnt appear at the end. The thanos ship destruction scen should have been done by thor or nick fury with his helicarriers. While the mrs marvel vs thanos should have been hulk vs thanos.
