That's nearly every single newspaper comic in a nutshell.

NPR is playing a song that used to be considered cutting edge and was sort of a preview to hard rock, and the guy listening to it is realizing his age because it's NPR playing it in the context of "lite 'n' easy rock"

Or Peanuts. Schultz may be gone, but almost every newspaper still runs repeats of his work.

There is no good conservative comedy, but his logic is flawed. He starts good, Conservatism is reactionary politics designed to comfort people afraid of change, but then he injects 'People don't like ridiculing the non-privileged, that isn't funny,' Carlin, Pryor, Murphy, all of them used edgy race bait humor or racially based self-depreciation to contrast their jokes or point out inequality, you literally only have to say: 'conservative comedy is unfunny because it naturally is safe space non-triggering shit designed only to make people happy with themselves,' and that's that. But you can't, you have to call righties racist while you're at it.

Which is why:

You can't feel righteous without exaggerating and creating your own version of events instead of pointing out the actual problems. Or at least majority of people doesn't seem to be able to.
