Stark’s already been his Uncle Ben, so i’d want to timeskip him up from awkward teen into a more confident web slinging college age Peter. Uncle Tony can still be a sadness trigger, but it’s more relegated to that cute picture of them stuck on his wall or something.
Introduce JJJ and his photography job, have him maybe work for a scientific nonprofit as his second job, juggle that with higher learning and also maybe a cool uncle relationship with Tony’s kid. Like he tries to turn up to the kid’s science awards or whatever as Pete, at least one segment should have him trying to fight a villain and not be late for a piano recital.

Make Michelle Jones be a small fling instead of the real MJ. Flash can stay. Never liked the character even when he became Venom.
More brutal and dangerous fights. Slow mos are cool and fitting with Spider-Man because of spider sense.
