Pretty bad. They are completely useless.
Have you ever noticed how futile their main goal is?
Exterminate everything that lives in the Universe. Oh wow, so that means that you'll be on an eternal genocide because the universe is almost infitine and new species appears all the time. That plus the fact that they can find threats that are way largers than them. I bet the Martians from War of the Worlds can destroy the Daleks in a few days. They won't survive the DCU, especially considering the amount of super heroes, failed genetic experiments, demi-gods or deities there are. Hell, most of the characters already dealt with Extraterrestrial invasion before, including Superman, the only hero who's only weakness is a rock, and I'm pretty sure the Daleks wouldn't know about it.

Also, who the hell though that this armor design was the best to conquer galaxies and exterminate entire populations and civilizations?
Also, if they manage to kill everything in the universe, which is mathematically impossible, what will they do next? Kill each other? At least Skynet had a plan in mind after he gets rid of the entire human population.

They have the tech necessary to blow up the entire universe, and at one point, built a bomb to destroy EVERY universe. All that ever was, is, or would be. They can accomplish their endgoal.

I don't think they'd have a real problem with that. It's basically the same deal back home for them. Difference is there's no insane Time Lord to try and cockblock them.

The very laws of nature and practicality once told the Daleks that they'd have to change, become un-Dalek in order to survive. The Daleks gave them a raised middle plunger and a "CHA-LLENGE ACC-E-PTED." As for what they'll do once they destroyed all things non-Dalek? Probably purge all remaining 'impuritues' from themselves before basking in their forever twilight.

That doesn't really solve anything. Their endgoal is still idiotic. They might aswell create a parallel universe in which they are isolated from the rest of the universe. The whole purity thing will only bring them to their own doom.

I think their whole endgoal is regularly pointed out as something that will have them cannibalizing even those Daleks they deem 'impure' in the end, and how it's utterly insane since they'll just be leaving an utterly empty void lacking everything other than the Daleks. They don't actually care. Anything non-Dalek MUST be exterminated. No exceptions.

I imagine they'd pretty quickly end up in a war with Apokolips due to their competing end goals of Everything is Dalek VS Everything is Darkseid.

The Daleks are pretty much the only race I can see noping out of the ALE just by sheer force of hate.
