I think it's actually pretty popular for what it is, that being a kiddy girl-targeted episodic saturday morning cartoon with an upbeat tone that has little to draw in adults except the occasional witty line and lolis (seeing as it doesn't use nostalgia as part of the appeal of its portrayal of childhood like COTC or Clarence, and the property it's based on is mostly familiar to the elderly, dead, or comics purists who won't like the creative liberties they took)
8ch /delicious/ is on its third thread about it (which is actually impressive, lots of shows more popular on the internet as a whole don't have that many posts dedicated to them) so it's clearly popular with that crowd.
Compare to Costume Quest, which has way more that you would assume would make it popular with the internet (semi-serialized, lore, spooky Halloween setting, Over the Garden Wall crew/composers, scenery porn, based on a semi-recent game people actually remember) and yet it was met with crickets because it's on Amazon and they didn't even promote it well enough for people to want to pirate it.

It's one of Netflix's top ten cartoons I think. In quality too. It's a top notch slice of life show like Clarence or Hey Arnold and is pretty damn funny at times from the half of the season I have seen. It's cute for what it is.
