What will happen to the MCU post endgame?
I don't know what direction they are gonna take.

Well, we know that Feige commissioned a Thunderbolts/Dark Avengers script, so if that ever gets put into production, it'll be Norman taking advantage of the vacuum left behind by Stark's death.
Pointless shit just for the sake of money. The story is done. Move on or suffer Zombie MCU just like Zombie Simpsons
I remember hearing Fiege saying they want to do more stuff with space, so hopefully that means guys like Nova and Warlock, but I'm expecting just more sequels for GotG and Carol
I hope we at least get one last Iron Man movie, taking place in the five year gap in Endgame. It would feature Mark 51 through 84. As for villains, I would pick Fin Fang Foom and the real Mandarin.
Face it, All Hail the King was only commissioned to damage control fans that were angry about the Mandarin twist. You're never going to get the actual Mandarin while Disney is so obsessed with chasing Chinabux.
Moon Knight should be the post-Endgame Iron Man
Go watch Far From Home and find out
I don't know but the timeline is seriously fucked. I wouldn't be surprised if they start building up Kang from this.
It's not the Mandarin I want to see, that's just a idea for the main villain (though I'd love to see Fin Fang Foom)
I just want to see mah boi and his boi one last time before I let him go for good...
High Evolutionary (creator of Rocket) and Adam Warlock are very likely for GotG3.
Death's Head might pop up at some point in Marvel cosmic given Feige is somewhat of an Anglophile.
I think Vision's total absence in Endgame, a film with "everyone" in it, pretty much kills his chances of returning to the movies, pretty much means he's stuck in Disney Plus now, but Wanda might get small cameos in Doctor Strange movies.
Man, I would like a marvel zombies mcu, but disney is in control.
why? He's not as universable a concept
Reboot Iron Fist, and the give us a Heroes For Hire movie with a rebooted Luke Cage
It could be a cool buddy cop movie ala Lethal Weapon/Rush Hour.
They should also reboot Daredevil as a solo film.
Can't wait for Matt to be rebooted as a quippy law student on a STARK™ scholarship with no Catholicism so as not to upset Chinese values :^)
>Well Fisk, I guess justice really is blind!
Warlock most likely will appear in vol. 3 and Nova will come in down the line but who knows how and in what form. I know from Gunn that Feige read Annihilation and cosmic all the way through Thanos Imperative and Feige himself acknowledged DnA's GotG run.
So he definitely knows about Rich.
They're absolutely going to do Annihilation at some point, right? It's the only popular Marvel event that's even more massive in scale than Infinity Gauntlet. Plus, it would let them use the Guardians AND Captain Marvel together. Not to mention that Disney now has the Fantastic Four's rights, so we can have a proper adaptation involving the Silver Surfer.
i would like to see the Secret Invasion id the dident make Skrulls good guys in captain marvel
hopefully release something so crap so the whole fucking live-action capeshit industry dies for a while. Like how E.T killed video games.
Thor Ragnarok was absolutely godawful and people ate it up, so who knows
I really do not understand why they did that, it's gradually become my least favorite thing about Captain Marvel (and I didn't like the movie that much to begin with). All these great Skrull stories they could adapt, and they flushed them all down the toilet to make some shitty allegory about refugees.
Secret Empire perhaps? BP getting an Oscar may hace them go all out in the next movie to push the political narrative and BP2 is the perfect vehicle for it.
Secret Empire was total dogshit and I doubt they'd be able to get Chris Evans back. Likewise, I doubt they'd make a movie about T'Challa secretly being a Nazi.
I hope it's Thunderbolts because this is as close as they're ever going to get to the setup for the original series.
Unfortunately Feige almost always pulls from '00s Marvel so he'll probably adapt the generic Suicide Squad Thunderbolts of the '00s instead of the originals. But the first year of the original is almost a perfect self-contained movie plot.
A Dark Avengers script was confirmed to exist, so it'd presumably draw from Ellis' Thunderbolts and Bendis' Dark Avengers.
I wasn't surprised to learn that it was Joss Whedon's idea to add Thanos to the MCU, just like it was his idea to add Vision and Scarlet Witch. It seems like if a character/story wasn't prominent in the 2000s then Feige barely knows about it.
I don't think it would happen for various reasons, but I'd like to see a Young Avengers movie. Possibly with a extremely corny late 90s-00s soundtrack.
>Best Option
Good movies done in directors signature styles that are personal adaptions of marvel characters like what Watiti and Gunn did. People keep going to see the movies cause they're "decent enough" even there's no Endgame to follow it up with.
>Most likely option
The general public is now bored with Marvel and the movies will see a slowed down release schedule back to 2 a year, then 1 until eventually the MCU just becomes irrelevant.
They do another Avengers movie for the 10 year anniversary since Infinity War to try and spark a resurgence but nothing really comes from it.
>Worst Option
The movies are terrible but people still go to see them. MCU never ends and the quality of shit they're throwing out makes Thor the dark world look good.
Do they copy the DCEU?
Is DC doing the Best Option route?
Who will be the new face of Marvel, now that
>Black Widow is kill
>Iron Man deceased
>Cap aged
>Thor is fat
>Spider-Man is just a kid
>None of the other avengers got enough screentime
I hope it's Ant-Man
Definitely won't be Spidey since he's on shaky ground as Sony might get cocky and not renew the Marvel Studios deal if the SUMC keeps going well.
Will they make more Thor movies?
Does Marvel have any good comics left to put on the silver screen? I feel like most of the stuff will be shafted to Disney+ and everybody will move on
It's Captain Marvel, Black Panther, and Dr. Strange.
And they've left behind enough kids that legacy characters down the line isn't out of the question.
4 supposedly got pitched recently according to Tessa Thompson, with Taika back.
>I hope it's Ant-Man
Same but it's not likely. I found really cool that Ant-Man has gained good will from the audience in a natural way, he was one of the biggest memes from Endgame. He didn't get the same amount of push for his sequel like Captain Marvel's movie but it turns out that it was more important to Endgame. The first hour was more of an Antvengers movie more than anything.
What else has been pitched
I maintain that nobody actually likes Carol all that much. T'Challa's not bad but they need to write him having more charisma. Strange is pretty good.
Do kids like Ant-Man?
Do kids like Captain Marvel?
I honestly never heard a kid talk about either
I distinctly remember James Gunn saying that he has some ideas for another MCU project post Guardians 3. Now, that was before he was fired
How much is it projecting to make? I wonder how much it already has... Probably half a billion by now
Gunn had a half-finished Moon Knight script he was hoping to pitch a few years ago. That said, it's unlikely considering Disney wouldn't want to do a theatrical release of a hyper-violent street level character.
Maybe he'll get a series on Hulu with a bit of luck.
Who's going to take Ironmans place since he died?
Spoilers man
Captain Marvel or Thor
It's Marvel. Seriously, does anyone even care about it since Stan Lee died and Captain Marvel was introduced?
It's the last movie that has been hyped for over a decade. Nobody knows if people will care about it afterwards or not.
I feel like they're setting up Tony's daughter to be a future Iron Man, she seems to have inherited his smarts and traits from the screen-time she got.
I don't see how she does
Don't know. I don't hang around with kids to know but I know some teens, they think Ant-Man has cool scenes in the crossover movies. Some don't like Carol, depends who you ask.
Black Panther easily.
CM ended up being too divisive.
We'll probably get our hint with the next big bad in the Eternals.
Can someone explain what that Sylvester Stallone end credit scene in GotG2, and what it means for future stuff?
i have a feeling if it was up to exsclusively whedon the third avengers movie would have been masters of evil
Phase 4 movies confirmed so far
>Shang Chi
>Guardians Vol. 3
>The Eternals
>Black Widow
>Black Panther 2
Thoughts?
>Black Panther easily.
Honestly, I could see that since he had more focus than Captain Marvel in the film.
>no Dr Strange 2, Spider-Man, Thor, X-men
I can only see people getting excited about a non-Fox X-men, or GOTG3.
Why people pretend it's over? There is still another phase.
Was everyone a fucking poser the whole time?
I'm thinking that they need to pull out the muties and the Fantastic Four soon.
Nothing there really interests me aside from Guardians vol. 3 and BP2. Maybe BW.
Wasn't it Whedon who also wanted Carol Danvers to be a major part of the MCU starting with Phase 2?
I love Moon Knight, but no. He's too off his rocker to be the core of a team.
Guardians won't even be released for another three years. They need the muties and FF.
Daredevil movie?
First S in spoiler needs to be lower case. Also it's not a plural.
Black Widow is supposedly R-rated and the rumor is that Task Master is the main villain
Eternals and GoTG3 is the only ones that so far interest me. Marvel does best when they do superhero team-up films. Thier solo films are usually hit or miss for me.
They dont need Evans. Have TChalla, Sam and Rhodey fight off a new Hydra illuminati made up of the following
>Justin Hammer who is more than happy Tony is dead. He quickly reassumes control of Hammer Industries
>Zemo, sprang out of jail because some bastards at Sokovia reignited the Hydra cell sprang him out. Killed some people and is now formally a minted Hydra Agent as Stark's death was not enough
>Keane of Paragon Industries and one of Osbourne's puppets. Had his eyes on TChalla Outreach centers and sees it as an eyesore. Has daughter named Kobik Keane who is a charismatic girl who acts the face for the slimy corp like an inverse of Paris Hilton, a social justice type that has a crsh on women like Carol but cant exhibit it as Keanes politics is right wing
>Bart Gallows aka Americop. A skilled police enforcer who got his 15 minutes for his role in maintaining order in America during the 5 years after the Decimation. His private enforcement company managed to score a sweet deal with Hammer and uses some peripheru Hammer Tech for their Americop Enforcer suits. Their latest weapon is the Americop Drones whihc are similar to the drones used by Coates
Their goal in SE was to create a political disaster that will have people aligned with the Secret Empire elected and launch an military action into Wakanda that will allpw them to plunder Wakanda for the resources as well as crushing the beacon of hope for all black people
One of the key points is how they use Tony's death to justify their action. They need a new Genius, Visionary and American Patriot to lead America and they willl gladly crush the dreams of the black people to do it by reminding them their place is to be endorsing a toxic black culture that glorifies irresponsibility, violence and materialism
Shit needs to be as woke as hell to persuade the suits it is a good idea since BP1 was oscar bait
crtl+s
my dude
All Carol all the time. Imagine how Tony Stark became a focal point in many marvel movies now imagine that The better, more perfect, and powerful character does the same.
lowercase s, singular
That's why I'm really interested in BW plus I just love the concept of superhero espionage stories.
>Black Widow
I really don't see whats the point seeing a Black Widow film seeing that shes dead.
5 year timeskip allows a huge number of movies to be made with dead character, that and the whole movie has a bunch of plot holes
Someone who leaked tons of Endgame shit a few months ago said Thunderbolts is coming.
Someone who leaked a bunch of Endgame shit a couple months ago said a Thunderbolts movie is coming.
Why didn't the directors coordinate on how to treat their characters like they did in IW
Feige wanted her earlier, Ike said no on the basis that female action movies don't sell. Feige agreed to do Inhumans to get Cap Marvel, but then Ike lost control of Marvel Studios so lol get fucked inhumans.
>wanting Captain Marvel over Rogue,Kitty Pryde, Black Widow, She-Hulk, or Scarlet Witch
Maybe he shows up in shang chi
Face it, no villain will ever be as big a threat as Thanos.
It's gonna be Wolverine
No hes part of the guardians now
But who will play him?
Danny deVito
Bring on FF4 and XMEN MCU
I don't care about any of the post-endgame films until they're in.
>I'm thinking that they need to pull out the muties and the Fantastic Four soon.
Glad Im not the only one.
>Shang Chi
>Guardians Vol. 3
>The Eternals
>Black Widow
>Black Panther 2
BORING
Exceptions:
- Storm or Shadow King is introduced in Black Panther 2
-Beta Ray Bill, Galactus, or Silver Surfer is introduced in Guardians 3
Man all those emotional scenes with him in Endgame him seeing Cassie again and him saving Rocket, Rhodey, and Hulk really showcased what a good actor Paul Rudd is.
I heard Disney wants to wait for the Xmen reboot for 2024, thats a mistake they need to bring on the Xmen ASAP
GotG vol. 3 is what interests me the most and Eternals I'll see the trailer and decide if I want to see it. But unless they do F4, Silver Surfer, or Nova (with Rich), I'll probably won't care much.
>They're absolutely going to do Annihilation at some point, right?
Maybe? All I know is that Feige is aware of it and Nova has been getting some attention lately. Especially with the God of War concept artist doing art of him and Annihilus (plus Bosslogic using his art to make a mock Annihilation poster) and Feige getting asked about the character.
It just remains to be seen if Feige will go with Rich or Sam.
It's a shame Feige couldn't get good filmmakers for her movie then.
All their best movies are from the best option
We all know there's another phase. We would just rather it be over
Which would you consider their best?
Pretty sure GotG3 will be another closure like Endgame was for the original Avengers team
I hope they are going to throw a surprise Wolverine in there, some time ago the Russos said they wanted to direct a movie about him.
And i would really like to see Spidey and Logan banter on screen at least once.
XMEN
F4
Sentry Void Hyperion
DARK AVENGERS
GALACTUS
Everything else will be icing
Enter Norman Osborn to steal credit for saving the day
They fucked up their chances of doing Planet Hulk, with overly involved references in Ragnarok, so not really.
>Dark Pheonix trailer
>no trailer for new mutants
Why?
Can they use Daredevil?
Will Storm show up in Black Panter 2?
New mutants is moved to Disney+
Yes, though the specifics of whether or not that Marvel own the Netflix versions of their characters isn't publicly known.
The characters that shined in IW were on the backburner in Endgame while the ones who didnt get much to do in IW got the spotlight in Endgame, since they filmed it back to back.
Now I just wait for the inevitable fancut where both movies become one.
>Who will be the new face of Marvel?
NORMAN OSBORNE
>Now I just wait for the inevitable fancut where both movies become one.
You mean where they cut the end credits off IW and just add an intermission?
Maybe not even an intermission, was thinking even incorporating the Barton family dusting into the dusting part of Infinity War, hell, maybe even the Antman and Wasp end credit scene aswell for some cohesiveness.
Dr Doom
>Even thought the face of Marvel is another white guy at least he's a villain
The characters in that scene, were the characters from the 70s run of Guardians of the Galaxy. Which uhh... look, don't worry too much about that, but they were basically just a huge reference. Mostly just an Easter egg for people who read those books. Probably not a setup for future movies, explicitly, but who knows what the future holds.
The recent Secret Wars but you need a ton of F4 setup for that. They really should go in hard and fast with that. I understand wanting leaving the x-mens alone for a while, but it's already been longer for F4 than the time it took for Spidey to get a third reboot.
>Does Marvel have any good comics left to put on the silver screen?
Thunderbolts/Dark Avengers
Galactus
Dr Doom
Storm introduced in Black Panther
Rogue introduced in Capt. Marvel
Also they would have to get the F4 right and not Fuck it up.
Save the diversity for background characters if they must have it
>Phase 4 is low-key the Doom arc of MCU
I can dig it.
I'M THE SLASH MAN
It will be a villain
>Trump Approves
Bucky and BP
Strange
BP
Antman
maybe Thor
How convenient that all of Peter's classmates got snapped into dust by Thanos as well so they were all the same age five years later when it was undone.
fuck em
At this point Spiderman doesn't need to be MCU at this point
My guess.
This is the end of MCU, not literally but the begin of the decline
>so many big names leaving the franchise
>tieing up the big 15 year long story
>Marvel looks like it's gana start going woke
>Brie Larson is gana be the new head (who nobody likes, even fellow cast members)
Yea, this is where the MCU finally ends. Had to happen eventually. They'll keep making movies for 8 more years. But they aren't gana be as popular, within another 15 years, its over.
>they start adapting anime
>What will happen to the MCU post endgame?
seems gay
Captain America teams up with X-men
Daken is very gay
vol. 3 will be another closure since Gunn said it was the last time his iteration of the Guardians were going to be used. Who will stay and who will go though? Bautista might want out if Gunn leaves, he only cares about working with Gunn in the context of the MCU. I know Pratt has another movie in his contract post vol. 3 (he had a 6 movie contract IIRC) but also said he was open to do more.
We'll definitely see more of Rocket and Groot since both of their actors just do VA work and they don't have to do promotional work. It's an easy job. Pom just started so she might want to stick too.
Don't know about Saldana and Karen Gillian though.
That's why they need to capitalise on their regained properties as soon as they can. Doom as marvel's first outright villain movie will draw people. Fantastic 4 as the opposite to that and the new core of MCU.
If the MCU stops being profitable they'll either bring back RDJ through the power of bullshit (and don't tell me the MCUfags won't buy it) or they'll try to reboot.
It'll be at least a decade before that happens and I don't think a 60-something RDJ will care for that considering how loaded he already is
seems likely, theyll throw enough money at him to do it
I cant get excited about any of the new properties, we know exactly how they'll be. MCU i pretty monotone, it'll just be more of the same shit
I'm so glad someone pointed this out. I'm really expecting them to do it, since they already teased it. I'm thinking a guilt-ridden Bucky who genuinely falls in love with Wakanda goes a bit too far in serving his new country and trying to keep it safe, prompting T'challa to try to shut him down.
>What will happen to the MCU post endgame?
They'll keep making tepid, forgettable movies and you idiots will keep paying to see them.
You say that but it all depends on how well he does in other movies and if he might want a comeback. Also you can never be too loaded.
Boring. I'm done with the MCU it's done and gone now. I had a thrill ride with for 10-12 years and now gonna ease back to DC now.
I'm still in awe that Endgame confirmed they're really gonna make Tony the Uncle Ben for this universe. It's retarded. I know people will talk about stupid inconsequential Ben easter eggs, but it's clear as day at this point that MCU Tony is to Uncle Ben as Michelle is to MJW.
Nova will probably the next saga's spiderman, so theres decent chance they might go with Sam as Nova and possibly Rich being the mentor.
>Does Marvel have any good comics left to put on the silver screen?
Annihilation
nothing but captain marvel movies.
Ozzy was good choice, since Marvel would have to negotiate about the rights to Norman Osborn with Sony.
>no more black widow, captain America and iron man
>on top of other characters that died in infinity war and weren’t brought back like loki and gamora
>no more infinity stones
>their stuck with captain marvel and they will likely try to push her as a new key central character
>Thanos and his storyline is done now and their effectively going to have to start back at square one and start building up a entirely new main villain and overarching story to replace him
>overall the hype train they have been building up and maintaining with the MCU up to this point is done now and they have to start a new one now
After the hype for endgame dies down is when their really going to need to play their cards right and not fuck up if they want the MCU to stay afloat
rogue wasn't introduced
>Shang Chi
>what I expect
a martial art movie with god-tier coreography
>what I will got
a quipfest
People keep saying "it's the end", but not really. It'll probably keep going strong if it could gets hits like Black Panther or Guardians without any prior avengers.
you'd need at least a decade before she would be old enough though
I'm waiting for Marvel to put out something like this.
They can use Cassie
New Avenger team with Spidey, some ''new'' Avengers like Hercules,a couple of vigilantes like rebooted Daredevil and Cage and some mutants.
I don't think it's the end but I think there'll be a drop off of some degree. I personally have zero interest in Shang Chi or The Eternals.
rent free
Thor will be doing a lot of sit ups between now and when we see him again I'm sure.
That doesn't mean that there is a zero percent chance the film will be bad.
why the fuck didn't they set DOOM up in an aftercredit scene? Or Galactus. Or Annhilius. Or Phoenix
>film meant to resemble the end
>let's do another
Gonna have to wait at least 2 years user
indiewire.com
I was expecting Galactus but I have to imagine that's what Eternals or Asgardians of the Galaxy will be about.
Oh yeah! Let's do Infinity War again, just with more characters. That's a great idea.
Nah, the only way they can do another big crossover event and actually have it MEAN something, is if it's *this*, and if they do a crossover with the comics and whatever TV shows/cartoons they have going on. Do a Spider-Verse, but bigger.
But then, don't actually do that, because that'd be a dumb idea too.
Just stick to the regular movies from here on out. Maybe do one more Avengers in ten more years, but there's absolutely no way to top Endgame right now. Maybe not ever. The best you can do a this point is a lateral move. Best not bother.
>not hyping up your next phase
Frankly I think Annihilation is the only way they can go. Build up to it with lots of cosmic stuff over the next 5-10 years and then hit us with it.
Annihilation is way better than 2015 Secret Wars.
>if they want the MCU to stay afloat
I don't know why anyone wants this, honestly
(and by "anyone", I mean "Anyone but Disney", obviously)
We've had eleven solid years of above average to great movies, and a series of cross-promotional campaigns that miraculously didn't self-destruct in the creation.
That's good. That's fine. That's enough. Let's quit while we're ahead. Let's go back to just regular movies for a while, so it actually feels special when they try doing this again in another decade or so
The COMICS, sure.
But you'd have to be absolutely retarded to think the quality of the comics has any baring whatsoever on the quality of the related movie
That and it can be used to effectively introduce Nova and Fantastic Four(especially since Anihilus was initially an FF villain).
I doubt he knows what to do with the next phase
I dunno, Age of Ultron sucks in both mediums.
Explain Spider-Man's newest movie then, and how it'll make half a billion
I think if they intended to Annihilation as they're next big crossover movie, introducing Nova right then instead of a few movies would be a pretty dumb move.
The only reason he wasn't introduced already is girl power.
I thought it was cuz James Gunn doesn't like him.
sorry. RDJ is done.
So who is done FOR GOOD now? I can't find clarifications on it.
I know the original six's contracts were up but people keep talking as if one or the other might come back? RDJ and Evans' characters were pretty much sealed and shut but the others still seem like they were left open for future appearances.
If I had to bet everyone except Hulk and Thor from the originals are done. Cap might come back as the old mentor character or in a flashback in Captain Falcon. Hulk is now the super hero brain character so he might show up again. Hawkeye has been trying to retire for four movies so he's gotta be done. BW might have a shot if her film is great but I'm guessing she'll be out too. Thor has a lot of places they could go with his character and I really hope he's in Guardians 3.
They are focusing on space for a few years then they will do stuff to recast actors
You don’t really ducking think they won’t recast captain America and iron man or anyone else do you? They are gonna do it like reviving tony due to needing his help vs kang deaging cap, it’s happening In ten years from now we will get a new team of the same old characters
What's wrong with Shazam
So the snap fucked up the entire world, since we see debris everywhere and homeless tents in Wrigley Field 5 years later, right? It's pretty convenient that a few months after coming back, they can all just take a nice, leisurely school trip to Venice and everything's all clean and ok, I guess Italians are just hard workers
Bonus points if he developed a knockoff Iron Man suit. It sets up a new villain for the non mythic side of Marvel, a threat that rivals Hydra as Norman is hungry for Tony's reputation as a savior, he wants to replace Stark as the great visionary helping the world but he is going about it in a ruthless manner.
I think we will focus on smaller storylines like Dark Reign in the future. There'll be more team ups but less big 30 hero crossovers.
They won't do another 22 movie arc, that was definitely a once in a lifetime thing.
I think there's still potential for the Skrull as villains.
The small sect of Skrull we met in captain marvel were nice, but they were a refugee race with sects potentially hiding throughout the galaxy.
It's not a stretch to imagine a zealot sect of Skrull led by K'lrt or their queen becoming invaders.
Yup, these three until they get Wolverine going again
>and I really hope he's in Guardians 3
Isn't that a given? I mean he is the leader of the Guardians now :^)
>What will happen to the MCU post endgame?
Hopes: Dark Reign Saga ending with Secret Wars
Fears: Sequels no F4 no Xmen
What I want:
- Exploration of lesser know Avengers characters.
- Classic Avengers plot revisited, like Kree-Skrull War
- Krang shenanigans
- Doctor Doom shenanigans
- F4 being watchable
What we will probably get:
- Quippy, Wolverine centric X-men
- Shitty F4
>Nightmare OPtion
All New All Different Marvel
I was just so invested in this movie, and finally seeing it was like a release. I grew up with these characters and it finally ended with a great cathartic release in a terrific movie. These are the best heroes I can think of, and I can't believe that every single hero was perfectly cast from the get go. I cried when it over, I just can't believe it.
Peter coming back to find his best friend is five-years older now would have been super interesting.
What if the timeline was slightly altered? That would give Marvel the excuse to simply reboot the Skrulls
>Nah, the only way they can do another big crossover event and actually have it MEAN something,
Or do it if the actors are asking for WAAAYY too much money
same
Thor joined the Guardians of the Galaxy
Adam Warlock is imminent
Angelina Jolie cast as a Celestial
Captain Marvel now the leader of the Avengers
We going outer and bigger
Are there any villains who could pose a threat as big as Thanos?
>Galactus
>Krang
>Doom
>Dormamu
>Ego
>Loki?
>Hela?
Can't think of anyone else
Loki is dead for reals. He escapes in Endgame as a lead into his Disney+ show
Not 'endgame'-tier but The Void from Sentry would be a huge threat
Are there more 'endgame' tier comics?
Secret Wars I guess?
>Secret Wars
I meant good comics
I don't fucking care.
Good post
10 years and 22 box office hits and yet you still doubt?
>Thor Ragnarok was absolutely godlike and people ate it up, so who knows
Ftfy
They said theyre done with the phase model so it'll just be a stream of garbage now I expect. I was ready to jump ship but Endgame being bad really did it for me, Im out.
Name one solid movie that was made in those 10 years
>Your dad liked burgers you know
>okay.
You, um, sure about that?
it wasn't bad
Why didnt they bring him back? It makes zero sense they skipped him
Based and miggetpilled
He died pre-snap, he gone.
Except not really, because Disney+ have a Vison & Wanda show lined up
So Captain Marvel can fly in and make the villains look like total jokes again? Great.
The MCU will probably face a treasure island/brother bear moment
>"just bring back the ones who died in the snap"
>"don't change anything else"
Oh great. Shang Chi. Everyone's favourite.
What did he mean by this?
a flop that Will put down a screeching halt to their “renaissance”
I wonder if anyone will make the equivalent of what Shrek did the 90s disney
I legitimately cannot comprehend people on Yea Forums wanting more mcu iron man.
Winter Soldier
No jokes. Just name one movie or at least explain why you think that
This, but unsarcastically
Also >not wanting to see a mystical super kung th movie
All of them. Never stop crying DCuck
We already have china and Kung Fu Panda? Do we really need another mystical kung fu movie?
>Mouseshill immediately tries to start company war
Yes
>Thor 2&3
>Iron Man 2&3
>Captain America 2
>GotG2
>Captain Marvel
>Dr Strange
>Spider-Man
Almost all of these were bad
Who hates ragnarok sn Homecoming?
Please tell me that Donnie Yen is the star, or Jackie Chan will be in it. I will throw money at anything they're in.
I didn't say "hate", I said they were bad movies. Most people are ambivalent towards movies and just think "Oh, that was okay." and never think about it again.
Tony Stark returns as evil super villain the Superior Iron Man thus making the lyrics of the Black Sabbath Iron Man song relevant to the MCU Tony Stark
Donnie yen is rumored to be playing the villain
I hope it's Fing Fang Foom cause I want a to see a kung by man fight a dragon
> Thor 2
Correct
> Thor 3
Wrong
> Iran Man 2+3
Correct
> Guardians 2
Wrong
> Woman film
Correct
> Strange
It was bland, sure, but certainly not bad.
> Spider Man
Wrong
You could have cut 1/2 of those and been correct.
Yessssss, have they announced a release date?
Spider-Man: Homecoming is a bad movie.
But he doesn't die cause of Pete's hubris.
Yeah it's toothless but they're still obviously going to portray that death as the reason that he continues crime fighting. If you don't believe it we'll agree to disagree, for now.
In Far from Home, Happy is dating Aunt May and Nick Fury recruits him to work with Mysterio, who is pretending to be a new superhero.
This and it sucks.
thanks for the update no one asked for
They seem to be holding pretty tight to the idea that everyone who wasn't disintegrated by the Gauntlet is dead For Reals. I expect them to do lots of pompous interviews about how this creates "stakes."
But with all the Infinity War talk about how they could separate him from the Mind Stone, it seems weird that they never followed it up (actually a ton of stuff in Infinity War is set up and forgotten in part 2).
I expect they had an Emotionless White Vision in some drafts of the script but moved it to the streaming platform when that show got greenlit. Most people think the likely premise of "WandaVision" is Wanda tries to revive Vision and fucks up (then again most people thought Vision would be in Endgame).
>actually a ton of stuff in Infinity War is set up and forgotten in part 2
no
>Bonus points if he developed a knockoff Iron Man suit. It sets up a new villain for the non mythic side of Marvel, a threat that rivals Hydra as Norman is hungry for Tony's reputation as a savior, he wants to replace Stark as the great visionary helping the world but he is going about it in a ruthless manner.
I WANT THIS NOW!
I really want them to have their new threat, probably something like Onslaught so that Scarlet Witch (or maybe actually Jean Grey since we have X-Men now) severing the link between Banner and Hulk again and we get a real savage Hulk going nuts on the BBEG.
Also, please give me my Red Hulk side story
>Red Hulk
Ross is retired
But not dead!
fantastic 4 will be great
there is literally no way they will risk making yet another terrible f4 movie
>You don’t really ducking think they won’t recast captain America and iron man or anyone else do y
you?
Assuming they keep it all in the same universe and don't just reboot everything? No, I really don't think they will recast anyone.
The comic books have been all about wards and successors for a good few years now, for a damn good reason, and that reason is you can't recast what is arguably the single most iconic casting choice in comic book movies since Christopher Reeve. Don't even fucking try.
I really think there’s potential for a Thunderbolts movie taking place during the 5 year gap of Endgame. Maybe have a combination of Ross’s team with the original Zemo team
It was just a little group, Feige already explaiend that there are Skrull with bad intentions
source?
With so much focus on time travel I'm surprised they didn't event hint at Kang. Still I'm thinking he will be the next big bad guy with several movies building him up in the background.

Cant have Dark Avengers without Thunderbolts
strange is the next sarcastic genuis asshole who gives out exposition
She's five, her father just died, and the grown man next her is clearly mourning, something's she's never experienced at all, let alone would be capable of fully understanding. Were you expecting some impassioned monologue or something?
i can imagine a young tony saying that after his parents snuffed it.
They planned him when th MCU was about to begin alognside Strange and Iron Fist
Thanks dude, happy to know they are going foward with Thunderbolts and Dark Avengers
I was trying to figure out who that one mystery kid standing all by himself at Tony's funeral was, and I realized it's the kid from IM3. From what I remember of that movie, the kid was a bit of a budding engineer himself, though obviously not a wunderkind of Tony's caliber. I wonder if they're thinking of setting him up as some kind of successor, or maybe a teammate for Morgan?
secret empire for the 2020 american elections
Shang-Chi isn't mystical at all. That's Iron Fist.
Shang-Chi is all martial arts meets espionage. Like Bruce Lee meets James Bond.
>I personally have zero interest in Shang Chi or The Eternals.
That's probably because you're a casual faggot who knows nothing of these characters outside of what you read on Wikipedia.
I bet once a trailer comes out, you'll still see them.
It is perfect because we get dick Iron Man without Tony getting character assassinated like the other Avengers.
Also. Playing on the woke bux with Riri who made serious use on the little grant Tony had for everyone at MIT and her idea was to develop arc reactor tech which led to the iron heart project
That was my thought. They really stuck their limp dick in time and wiggled it until satisfaction.
The average normie viewer had no idea who the Guardians of the Galaxy, Ant Man or Doctor Strange were before the MCU ran them through their money-printing marketing machine. Hell, even Iron Man himself was pretty much a B-Lister in the eyes of the general public before 2008.
Taking previously obscure characters and concepts and transforming them into profitable household names is pretty much what the MCU does at this point. I have no doubt that's what's in store for Shang Chi and The Eternals. Probably would have been in store for the Inhumans, too, if they hadn't sent the characters off on their TV death march. Still, now that the MCU is allowed to have mutants, I guess there's no need for Inhumans anymore.
You know...
if they had not killed him
Without the Osborn
he would be a great leader of the Dark Avengers
even in comics
The direction I WISH they'd take is to fucking end it. The only reason why I'm going to see Endgame tomorrow is because some fucknut in my family already got the tickets for winning something somehow and hey it's a free movie. But I've stopped giving a shit about the MCU and capeshit in general.
For how long do you think the mcu will last?
Are we going to see adult Spiderman married to MJ?
People shit on Stane for being a boring villain, but I'll be damned in Jeff Bridges didn't put on a great performance.
Well Iron Man have the advantage he was made during a time when you got heavy hitters like Halo, Fallout and Metroid for powered armor
But the big question is now that the original six is gone is if they can adapt the more unpopular revisions and arcs and still strike gold. i made the pitch for Secret Empire and some idiots believed no one will watch the controversial Secret Empire arc even without HydraCap.
With Shang Chi you can have a martial arts film and Eternals try to emulate Captain Marvel with new milestones in progressiveness. But its anyone giess if people will like Riri or Americops the minority murdering police force as villains and thinly veiled jabbed at political targets hollywood hates
I have truly loved these movies, but if captain mary sue is the new face of them I’ll wait catch em on tv. worst part was that headbutt, purple nigga just curbstomped cap/thor/stark 1v3 and she just takes a headbutt no problem? Its like superman without clark kent...and that always turns out to be a dictator, that kind of power and arrogance are a turn off to everyone except those who see movies as political agendas.
>If they do Dark Avengers they can make Deadpool 3 can be Deadpool VS Hawkeye(Bullseye)
PLEASE GOD! I will give all my money for this to be made into film.
I honestly think this movie did a lot more for humanizing and humbling her than her own movie did, and may be a sign of things to come. Yes, she was powerful, but sparsely, and I really got the impression that because her power was so vast, she felt compelled to use it on an appropriately large scale, reaching as many worlds as she possibly can with no special focus on Earth. When she said "There's a lot of worlds out there, and unfortunately they didn't have you guys" at the start of the movie, then "What's happening on Earth is happening everywhere, I have a lot of worlds to cover, you may not see me again for a long time" after the time jump, I really got the sense that bearing such a huge amount of responsibility was wearing her down, emotionally if not physically. The idea that she's spreading herself too thin because she thinks she has to shoulder the weight alone is an interesting angle to explore for the character, in my opinion.
Think we can skip Riri? As thats a shit character with no good stories.
>we'll get Black Panther and Captain Marvel's marketing rolled into one
Oh God.
Are you familiar with Carol Danvers as Captain Marvel?
I fucking hate this pairing. Even the Storm and Logan pairing was better.
Normans Osborne's team of diverse, young avengers aka Champions of the world. All being misled and used to make him look good.
That would be excellent.
I want to cuddle Nebula
MCU can do a better job
21 hits
>really want to discuss what BP2 will possibly be about
>everyone just wants to know if Storm will show up in BP2
Maybe but Fantastic Four will never be popular with normalfags. They just see them as cheesy thing from the 60s and they hate F4 powers because they are "too corny".
I don't believe it. It is stupid pairing anyway.

co always bleats about superman's ultimate burden as a god in a world of cardboard, maybe that's an angle they're going with for carol
it's not happening, panther has that girlfriend whose entire character i forget
....the incredibles?
Only joke here is you, mate.
agreed
I think you underestimate the goodwill Marvel Studios has with normalfags. They will absolutely turn out to go see whatever Marvel makes.
This is the plan, after the Infinity Saga (which I'll call Saga 1). Each saga lasts 3 to 5 years, I'm ignoring solo movies as I'm assuming these will happen more frequently from now onwards.
>Saga 2: Galactus
Introduce X-Men and Fantastic Four, set Doom and Silver Surfer, and the threat of Galactus as the main villain of the next 5 years of movie. Thunderbolts happen here. Middle "big" crossover (like Ultron before) is Secret Invasion. Also introduce the inhumans properly.
>Saga 3: Annhilition
Civil War 2 with Marvel and nu-Iron Man, whoever that be. Also FF sequels, keep building Doom and the Eternals, introduce concept of Death and other entitities.. House of M has a separate movie. Annihilus is the main villain of this saga, bring Thanos back for it. Introduce the Illuminati.
>Saga 4: Kang
More IPs are still going and new IPs are introduced, by now normalfags understand alternate universes. Introduce "Ultimate" Avengers and FF (alternate universes, not a direct Ultimate copy). Kang is the big bad with an old RDJ taking the role as an Iron Man from an alternate universe. Big Middle crossover is Thanos Imperative and the Cancerverse thanks to revived Thanos.
>Last Saga: Secret Wars 2015
Last saga before Feige drops dead. Biggest of them all, some of us probably won't see it. First Big Crossover is Times Runs Out with two movies seeing how the two main alternate universes handle the situation. Finish it all with a fucking Secret Wars Trilogy where every single character returns for Battleworld.
End of MCU, we can all die now.
Whatever happened to that Mosaic dude ?
>panther has that girlfriend
She dies
Honestly, this is the perfect place to end things, but
WE'LL NEVER STOP THE MARVEL
HAVE NO FEAR
WE GOT STORIES FOR YEARS
Who can play a good Osborne?
> italians
>hard workes
oh god, i dont think my suspension of disbelief is going to hold
>Captain America 2
>GotG2
Nice try?
Fantastic Four has the best villains across of all MCU. The villains can easily carry the movie.
Danny Devito as Mole Man, that's it
You joke but that would be based as fuck
I am playing the cynical marketing card here more than wanting Riri in the MCU since the MCU is going to play the diversity hard in future phases and making her work is a challenge that could spell high returns
Okoye said something about e tectonic plate moving. Namor.
Why would they mention Krang?
I can't find it now, but I remember hearing that Endgame was the last big CROSSOVER EVENT movie, and while characters might show up in eachothers' movies from time to time, like how Fury is in Spider-Man Far From Home, it's just going to be "regular" movies from here on out, no more big crossovers.
Which is something I really hope they stick to. If it was up to me, Endgame would be the last Marvel movie ever. Close the book, the story is told, lets quit while we're ahead. But smaller movies with less pomp and circumstance is an okay compromise.
Marvel/Disney isn't going to make a movie about a white guy going to egypt and getting super powers in the current year.
Tom Holland/Spider-man becomes the few face of the MCU, going through his high school years to married with MJ and a young May day.
They find a way to bring Mutants into the mix with the FF
Michael Keaton
>Storm introduced in Black Panther
>Rogue introduced in Capt. Marvel
wut??
I was serious
Ever since I saw some guy post this on Twitter I've been mad that the odds of Disney doing something even slightly similar are pretty bad
part 2
>some guy
Nigga please
Tom Holland was the perfect choice for Spider-man
If they just tweaked her lines a bit she could've became a very likable hero
Rody: and where were you when this was happening
Carol: Im sorry but I had no idea what was happening on earth, there so much happening at once that there was no way I could make it. Unfortunately i didn't have the help you guys had in my part of the galaxy.
Just a bit of humility in any of her lines with a mixture of her suffering due to the burden of feeling the need to save billions, because only she was gifted the power to do so, and in the process is being stretched thin would've made me actually care for the character. Unfortunately all her lines come off as either flippant or condescending ... I really cant root for a hero without a shred of humility...
If I came up with that I would definitely take credit
I could imagine Marvel creaming at the idea of a Female Big Bad. Morgana may not be Thanos threat level but definitely can be written to be Loki level threat
>(actually a ton of stuff in Infinity War is set up and forgotten in part 2).
name 3
Can Black Widow do anything useful?
I find it weird that normalfags prefer Marvel heroes over DC and act like Marvel characters are the only heroes in existence
That's the "in case of box office failure break glass" safety net, it makes business sense to sit on them for a bit.
Could Justin hammer work in this role? Sam Rockwell has range even if his iron man 2 didn't showcase it.
>in case of emergency use FF
Who cares about the Fantastic Four? Modern audiences wouldn't take to such a movie
Ez, make rdj an ai.
Hawkeye has a Disney + series
>winter soldier
>GotG 2
>bad
Nice one
>gotg 2 with toilet jokes every ten minutes
>good
Please tell me why you think either of those are good
>Who cares about the Fantastic Four? Modern audiences wouldn't take to such a movie
Incredibles?
They have been more relatable lately than Boy Scout and Batman.
Norm Osbourne would be a better choice. He has the personality for an evil version of Tony in his bid to overcome the martyr who sacrificed his life to stop the biggest threat known to man. And to do that he will gladly destroy Rhodey's rep as War Machine and claim the iron patriot suit as the Patriot, humiliate Sam as the Visionary as he proves Sam's ideal of freedom is worthless in the face of political divided America and outsmart TChalla as a Genius.
Norman Osborn, Genius, Visionary, American Patriot
>more "relatable" lately than Boy Scout and Batman
How badly did Synder mess up for this to happen?
Incredibles is not the Fantastic Four. Get this out of your head you dolt
When people in the dceu are afraid of superman and batman while Iron Man is a celebrity figure with his own merchandise line in universe.
Not to mention how Spiderman in the dcue doesnt have the bugle hounding him. But then again he isnt in manhattan and no one in Manhattan gives a shit about some masked vigilante in queens
Do you think JJJ will appear in Far From Home?
They are in europe. Wait till Spidey decides to fight crime in Manhattan and the Kingdom and watxh as JJJ shill about how Spidey can never measure up to the heroism of Tony and uses it to bring him down for views while fighting Kingpin and his Chitauri Tech smuggling ring. Everything so far has been linked to stolen Chitauri tech and we are likely to see Kingpin bring out a giant robot scorpion built with Chitauri parts.
I thought the movie is going to start in NYC and then go to Europe
The NYC stuff will probably just be the first 10 minutes and be him being sad about endgame stuff
>Forgetting Annihilation
That's the only other event that can match up to IW in scope
There have been 3 shitty F4 movies already. They literally cannot do worse
Annihilus
Who would they cast?
>Tom Holland/Spider-Man becomes the new face of the MCU
I fucking wish, but Disney's probably gonna do everything in their power to make it Carol. The writing was on the wall for whenever she was on the screen (however short that was in the overall movie)
why would you want Tom Holland as the new face
At least he's not as obnoxious and showboating as Brie.
I think Thor, Dr. Strange, or even Black Panther are more likely
Because he is pretty big in the whole time travel business?
the only way they could match the scope of the Infinity Gaunlet duology/storyline is either Secret Wars (the most recent one) but you need a shitload of setup to do it right or Annihilation, this one seems plausible since Feige says he wants to focus more and expand cosmic marvel (and there's many characters that are now usable thanks to the Fox merger like Skrulls, The Shiar, Richard Ryder, Silver Surfer etc.) also they could spice it up with some War of the Realms stuff (after the event finishes) since Hemsworth is still on board as Thor and will likely be a character in Guardians 3, hell they even did the throwaway line Asgardians of the Galaxy when Thor boarded the Benatar
Spidey as the face of the MCU is never happen. They're not gonna make an investment like that for a character whose film rights they're only effectively loaning.
I still think they should cash in fast on the F4, not only because of brand recognition (which Imo they need now since they lost their flagship heroes) Xmen, I would wait a little more since they need to come up with a good way to introduce mutants as a kind of self contained microcosmos
>mfw when they named someone Akihiko
sadly I doubt Kaneda was going to be Daken
easy to solve with tony becoming a transhuman sentient IA so he only does VA
negro Incredibles draws heavily on the F4 for the family of superheroes dynamic
>gana
Are you fucking stupid?
Shuri revives Vision but fails: he has no emotion.
Chthon, through Wanda, "blesses" Vision with a soul shard, same as he did to Wanda when she was born.
The Yea Forums leaks from January say an "evil spirit" takes over Vision, and he would need to have a soul to be possessed, and that Agatha Harkness would reveal that to be connected to her past, i.e birth, Wundagore Mountain.
> Wanda literally goes full Nights of Wundagore on Thanos in Endgame.
i hope they set up the illuminati with the xmen coming into the fold. if things go well we may (in a few years) get planet hulk/world war hulk. also fuck universal for holding onto the rights out of spite.
more MCU iron man would be great except for
>cheapening his death in Endgame
>he's so powerful by the events of endgame that he could singlehandedly handle threats like the invasion of new york 2012, as could thor once he gets back into fighting condition, captain marvel. it bloats the roster to add nothing new to the character
I was hoping he'd just be critically wounded in such a way as to not allow him to be iron man in the way that he was anymore, in addition to helping to raise a child. but he also had a beautiful death and character send off
>Ragnarok
>Winter Soldier
>Daddy Issues
>bad
Sure kid, here's a reaction image for your effort.
I'd really want to see the immediate aftermath of Endgame's events as experienced by non-superpowered people. Something kinda like those Yea Forums threads where people pretend to be henchmen in Marvel or DC universe, or complain about how their car became collateral damage in the middle of a superhero fight, or whatever. The snaps must've set up some odd and interesting scenarios among the populace, and I'd like to see a grassroots viewpoint on it. It doesn't necessarily have to be as a movie, I'd be fine with some spinoff comics or whatever.
As for the capes that we'll see in the future, I don't have much of an opinion on what I'd like to see. Anything's fine enough. Although I suppose I'd like to see more Ant-Man, since he's my personal favourite.
It's going to be Fantastic Four, X-men and Spider-Man.
We Secret Wars baby.
Also everyone in this thread is retarded.
pleb question:
why couldnt they just bring tony back with the stones after the big fight?
>What will happen to the MCU post endgame?
Disney will put its stink on the Fox properties and Feige will limp on without his golden goose
Same reason why they didn't just yoink him from the past along with gamora, vision, and blackwidow. Movie proves that it doesn't fucking matter who you bring back from the past, it won't change the present. Just go back in time from right before they all died, take them to the future, everyone is happy.
Willem Dafoe again.
im just talking about like resurrecting him, [spoiller] they undid all the dusting, so why couldnt they just bring him back to life[/spoiler]
Because death by actual stone, not wish, is permanent. Unless you just say fuck time and pull the person back from the past before the permadeath.
i thought that movie was going to be pre snap but idk
True, but I'd still be down for a well-done DOOM.
Real talk, from all the time travel shit and the FOX acquisition, I'm willing to bet a decent amount of money Kang will be the next big overarching villain like Thanos.
so before I watch endgame whats the order of the older movies I should watch?
Hemsworth and Ruffalo are contracted for one more each. RDJ and Evans are done. Dunno about the rest.
Is there people in the thread who actually and unironically want capeshit to continue after all this time? Why do you hate cinema so much?
That'd be smart.
Just watch them in release order. The references and shit will make the most sense that way.
That was pretty hype and i was disappointed wanda didn’t get more time to be based
I need cap
Cap is al I care about
I need more evans
>poser
Hahahahaha
woah, people like more of that quality stuff they love to consume?
imagine my surprise
I love Shang Chi, but Enter the Dragon is likely closer to Chi than an actual adaptation is going to be.
Guardians, I will see it, but I’m ambivalent.
Eternals is going to get us some badass reprints, so good or bad, it’s a kirbyfag victory.
BW blarrg
BP... I really wanted to like the first one, but boring with a villain who is once again a flawed reflections of the hero. Claw was way the fuck cooler. Maybe.
All-New All-SJW Avengers instead of New Avengers because Disney is ruining the MCU the same way they did with Star Wars. In the best scenario possible we will get a Secret Empire movie with Steve as the main villain.
He's too clean. Too nice.
I'd like to see him be a little... scary sometimes. More like the Panther God is pushing him a little.
Maybe if the next Panther movie features Achebe manipulating people, trying to cast Wakanda into a civil war.
Cut one head off... soon another takes its place.
I know how you feel. I hate what they did with her, too.
>Iranman
A posthumous movie with her saving the last group of girls from the Red Room.
More Scarlett Witch's tits i hope
>Face it, no villain will ever be as big a threat as Thanos.
Umm Galactus?
This but unironically
I predict they're going to avoid introducing new characters for a while.
If bucky had gotten the shield I would still be Interested in the movies. He did not and I think I'm done with the mcu from here on out.
you'd be wrong
Only if they bring in Dex.
I can dig Captain Falcon, but mostly because the actor plays a damn good Sam.
i agree he does play a good sam but weve seen bucky is on the same skill level with the shield as cap and also is a supersoldier. Steve also passes the shield to bucky in the comics before he passes it to sam
This,Mackie is based
AMERICA’S

The MCU has always been a money-grab, dumbass. It exists to sell toys. Just like all capeshit. Let us have fun.
Guardians of The Galaxy 3
- Time displaced Gamora basically becomes a frenemy (much like Nebula was in previous films).
- Adam Warlock is the villain.
- Retcon'd or unveiled that Thanos destroyed all but the Soul stone because his love of Gamora and still wanted to visit her in Soul World from time to time.
- Warlock shananigans merges or swaps Gamoras soul into time displaced body.
- Quill gets his girl.
- Thor smashes Brie Larson.
would a male hero apologize for existing like that, though? i can't think of any except spidey who would
- Nebula takes the place of old Gamora and becomes part of their group
they would actually
>Maybe if the next Panther movie features Achebe manipulating people, trying to cast Wakanda into a civil war.
I really want something bad to happen to Wakanda, maybe a terrorist attack that kills civilians or something, so T'challa can get his edge back. Although I did like his character in his solo movie, I do miss the angrier, no-bullshit T'challa.
Did anyone notice that right before the first fight with thanos they were talking about how the snap released a lot of cosmic energy into the space around earth. I have a feeling the second snap made a cloud that the fantastic 4 fly into after endgame
gee, I guess you're the first person ever to notice that a release of cosmic energy can create muties
This. And Stan is just the perfect sidekick I couldn’t imagine him being cap
"I'm sorry I didn't fix literally every problem instead of only most of the problems. Good thing this constant overwork and death hasn't made me even mildly irritable or terse" - No MCU hero ever

I was being 100% serious
Where was F4 and Xmen during all this? They really just sat their for 5 years doing nothing
Evil stark Is most likely norman
Normies don't read comics, user. And if they do they read the bad ones.
Imo Endgame should be the last MCU movie. It concluded everything that the first Iron Man set up and the stand alone Avengers movies continued on. It's like finishing the main story of a game. Any movies after this will just feel like side quests.
If anything, Endgame added a whole bunch of plots to the main story instead of concluding any.
F4 can be explained a number of different ways. Maybe they literally just got their powers after Endgame, maybe they were trapped in the Negative Zone, etc. There's a bunch of different ways to approach them.
The only real conundrum they have is with the mutants. It's going to be glaring as fuck to have the mutants just appear out of nowhere after all this time.
after cap marvel a mockingbird film is likely
