Finally finished, took a long time, so I tried to color it. Let me know if it's bad or whatever. Lab coat was the worst part desu. Only complaint I can see is that it looks nothing like the source character, so that's my bad.
That looks great. My only gripes is that the characters are not immediately recognizable because you didn't copy that very distinct style the movie has and I wish that you would finish this because absolutely delicious details like her tan marks on her hip from the hi-cut aren't visible in this. Also it would have been nice if Nani actually had her chin on those puppies like in the reference, the contact would make it hotter. But even without all that you managed to produce something really sexy.

Regarding the drawing, you should really work on her crotch, legs don't grow out of the torso like a tree limb splitting in two branches. Also the elbow look a bit too sharp and jutting out. Also more of a design problem than an anatomy one, but look what part of the breasts is seen trough the window on the reference compare to your drawing. The reference is about 2/5ths and yours is 3/5ths. A cleavage window in the reference and more of a literal boob window in your pic. Maybe it's because you've made her breasts too scrunched together.
On a side note. Man, I like everything about that costume except those retarded coattails — makes the costume look like a super-girl-themed butter uniform.
