MCU future main antagonist

So where do they go after this, who will be the next big bad for future important avengers movies?

Kang the Conquerer who only came into existance because of the time fuckery.

>who will be the next big bad
the next crossover Galactus and the next multiphase villain DR DOOM

Whoever it is, I hope they don't fuck with his power level like they did with Thanos.

They aren't doing time travel after just doing it.

I think the Ancient Ones words about the Infinity Stones being vital for the universe will come into play. Maybe a inter dimensional invasion or clash. 2015 Secret Wars. Avengers vs Alternative Universes. But fixed from the comic version, like how other comic events have already been fixed.

Galactus
Doctor Doom
Dormammu
Norman Osborne assuming those Thunderbolts/Dark Avengers rumours are true, since he's spent the last 10+ years just being Marvel's Lax Luthor

How is Galactus a crossover villain? Reed beats him by building a fake nullifier and telling him to leave or else.

Just because a villain loses pathetically every once in a while doesn't make them less menacing. Remember how Thanos got arrested by police officers and Magneto surrendered when Reed aimed a wooden gun at him?

Annihilus

Galactus will probably be set up as the next big threat.
Doom will be a minor threat.
Namor will be a threat to Black Panther.
Magneto might have his own film, to ease the X-Men into the movies.
I could see Kang being an Avengers villain for a standalone movie.

Expect a Silver Surfer movie to show off Marvel's Planet level threats.
The Fantastic Four will be the heroes that connect the street level characters to the cosmic power threats.

Probably not in the next two phases, but expect the X-Men to slowly be put into their movies again.

The next 10 year plan will probably be Doctor Doom getting the Beyonder's power, and re-enacting Hickman's Secret Wars.

I hope the Magus but it will probably never happen

It could've if they actually followed through with all the teasing they did for Warlock & actually did the Infinity Saga the right way

Doctor Doom for sure. Introduce him throughout Black Panther and Doctor Strange sequels.

Feige already said they didn't want to do big threat crossovers for the time being. So Galactus might pop yo in an F4 movie or he might be a long way coming.

They'll fuck up Annihilation

Dark Dr Strange

oh fuck off you fucking casual read a damn comic instead of watching youtube videos

Mugga Reed tricks Galactus with the fake nullifier in his first and most legendary storyline. The Thanoscopter and Magnetomobile are from a non-canon comic and a silly cartoon respectively and have been made fun of for a long time. Kirby's conclusion to the Galactus trilogy is not some random pathetic loss by a hack who didn't understand the source material, it IS the source material. Galactus is not a big "call all the heroes and punch him really hard" villain. Not unless you go the Ultimate route with the Gah Lak Tus robots and I don't think anyone wants to see that.

The Magus can still be done but it´s unlikely for the MCU to do him right. He is Adams evil future self from 5000 years in the past that alone is more outrageous than half the universe dying. They will probably do it like in Ant-Man and just make Magus a shitty copycat villian of the week like they did with Yellowjacket instead of a interesting development of the character like they were in the comic. But who knows Gunn made the Guardians of the Galaxy a popular franchise so maybe they will allow him to put Magus proper in his movies.

I would like to see (non-goblin/pre-goblin) Norman Osborn take over the country and maybe the world. Although he is a mere human he would use seemingly peaceful democratic means (maybe some false flags that he has plausible deniability for). So the heroes could not just charge in and depose him without looking like dictators. It would be cool if he worked with Wilson Fisk although I dunno if they want to touch the Netflix TV characters. So Dark Reign basically. Dark Avengers/Thunderbolts, etc.

maybe, thing is that Endgame was so hype that people need to rest for a bit

I mean I saw it a few hours ago and now I realize that it really was an ending, it could've easily have been the ending to the entire MCU
