For reasons the old universe died. Would Superman create a new based on LAW, NEUTRAL, or CH--? I mean only law or neutral.

Well let's take a look at the time Superman actually did create a new universe. hint: it's ours

That from All Star Superman? Hm, I must have missed this part, fuck that's impressive as fuck

Earth-33 is a murderous box in Superman's Fortress.

Three routes are dumb. Give me Demi-Fiend Superman.

Would Wonder Woman be Chaos, as she is of the gods of old, and would bring back their ways?

Chaos must exist, for Law and Neutrality are stagnant by nature.
And the capacity for evil must exist as well, if there is any good.

>It's legit

Superman fucking up Dr. Manhattan seems more plausible with each passing day

So, if Superman is the NEUTRAL hero, then who is LAW and CHAOS?

Yep. The scene gets even better when you realize what the events of Earth-Q are supposed to represent. This is one of my favorite single issues ever.

Yea Forumsnspiracy theorists believe this is the same being as Superman's universe

>It's legit
Not in main continuity, unless ASS has been slipped in (which hasn't explicity happened yet as far as I'm aware, DC One Million is the only other implication of this I've seen and I'm not sure how canon that is).

>Law
Captain Marvel

>Chaos
Ultraman

>implying Superman wouldn't make a CHAOS based universe over law
He'd totally dig that free will.

Though lets me honest, he'd go neutral without question

I love ASS, one of the best Superman stories. But ASSuperman was an idiot for creating a whole new universe aka our universe, which means more death and war. He basically created earth without superheroes, said they'd do fine but look at earth in real life. It's gone through a lot of shit. So basically ASSuperman let a whole nother universe with humans that would go through mass war, death, plague, starvation, a holocaust and many other shitty things without hope like DC earth has and Grant thought this was a good idea??

Superman is actually a shit character.

I think in fairness Clark learned when he was still Superboy that he can't save everyone. That combined with limited time and options, as well as his ability to perceive the universe as a unified whole (thanks to his powers) probably gives him a whole different perspective than matters of war and peace in a universe happening quickly. One article I read stated that if you time it right, Superman's death occurs billions of years in the future from now, when in the comic it was like a day and a half

Yeah superman when he was starting out did learn his limitations. But him not being able to save everyone is different from going out of his way to create an entirely new universe with new life that he won't be able to help, basically playing god. All those people created just to die because Superman wanted to experiment and play god scientist in order to see if a universe without a Superman would get by just fine. Don't know what Grant was thinking when he wrote that. Almost makes Superman look like a big hypocrite when he shames Luthor for not using his intelligence to help people and instead uses it for himself while Big Blue over here does the same thing and plays god.

>Our universe's avatar form is either Nebula man who sucks Sheeda dick as their muscle or Ultra who sucks Gentry dick as their god

B-But I don't want our universe to be a bad guy!

I won't forgive Snyder for making Doomsday Clock so ass and dragging it out forever, but if Superman legit soul-punches Dr. Manhattan to death I will smile for a moment and then post it in every Superman vs Goku thread.

New Earth Qweq is a villain
ASS Qweq is an elseworlds version of Qweq, our universe.

He didn't micro-manage every facet of the universe. He lacks the precision to do such a thing. He just created the universe Watchmaker style and observed it. It's like asking why a scientist doesn't introduce superheroes to a petri dish.

>It's only worth creating life if you can micro-manage every facet of it to ensure the most optimal outcome

We have it within ourselves already to create a better world. We have it within ourselves already to be superman. Our world doesn't need superman because that's what we're supposed to become.

I understand the metanarrative behind Supes' Earth Q, that in real life we have no superman so we have to help each other and take on the hard tasks ourselves. But he is still playing god with his experiments. He doesn't have to micro manage his universe, he didn't have to make it in the first place, Supes didn't even know what would happen. Yet he still played god and created a universe with its own earth without any superheroes, this would obviously mean a lot of people would suffer.

Giving birth means you create a lot of suffering.

It is better for there to be more life in the cosmos than not. You either believe in the value of life or you don't and live a miserable existence because you don't value your own life.

Superman believes in life. He's a sun god. Life flows forth from him.

Giving birth where you can nurture the child is different than creating a whole new universe of chaos where millions of people will be suffering through world wars and genocides just to see if an earth would do fine without Superman.

Any universe a hero would create would invariably fall to chaos. If not by their hand, then by any force that would reject them.

I think you're implying the universe is inherently negative

Earth Q is implied to be IRL earth and looking at humanity's track record, we're no utopia, and definitely not pulling our own weight like Superman thinks we are.

>humanity's track record
You mean 1-0? We're still here.

You're oversimplifying it. Yes we are surviving fine as a species, but that doesn't nullify all the suffering in history. Holocaust, many regional and global conflicts, Rwandan genocide, ISIS killings, and many more. I'm not being negative, it's objective fact that people do suffer. It is how it is, but what's questionable is Superman going out of his way to create a Earth like this.

>Seeing the universe as inherently negative
Someone needs to read Nameless. You're disconnecting from the positive aspects of the human experience.

>, but if Superman legit soul-punches Dr. Manhattan to death I will smile for a moment and then post it in every Superman vs Goku thread.
Honestly that would make it all worthwhile, if Superman fucks up Dr. Manhattan that would be like the greatest feat of all time

Hypertime

Reminder that recently Batman recreated the Marvel Universe, or the DC's pastiche of it, using Dr. Doom's body, or the DC's pastiche of Dr. Doom.

What issue #?

Some random issue from Orlando's Justice League of America. I can post the pages if you want.

Would the Empty hand be the Axiom of DC?

It's the Source.

Yeah that'd be cool thanks, issue # would be swell too, I've been buying fucktons of comics lately

Please do.

So canon is we're the baddies?

Well, our giant universe avatar is. We're like, smaller than a cell in its body.

We're like an infection inside giant evil. Time to grow and kill it!

>Nearly destroyed by Gentry once
>Justice Incarnate saves it
>Destroyed by their own hand when Justice Incarnate turns around
>Justice League saves it

Dear god. Earth 8 is like the Kenny of the multiverse.

Is this Dreamslayer a stand-in for Dr. Strange or am i totally wrong? I'm thinking this because usually Dr. Strange and Dr. Doom have this weird bromance going on and in Secret Wars Dr. Strange served as Dr. Doom's right hand.
