Feels like a low budget Disney Channel movie
Is no bad by any means but not as good as the first one and pretty pointless

Because it's literally a filler. Every gimmick and trick you saw in that movie, you have already seen that in the first one and it was executed better in the first one too. This one just felt forced. The movie also doesn't even have a legitimate villain. You know the movie is bad when the stinger generated most hype than the rest of the movie did. The only good thing I can say about that movie was seeing Hank Pym suit up and that's it.
