It's a purposeful task for the networks to force their viewers to use their crappy apps and VOD services rather than watch television because "the internet is the future" and "you'll be able to watch your favorite shows whenever you want". This was also pretty much Miller's plan when she was running the network, which is why almost everything CN releases goes on the app before television.

at first it was only Seasons 1-3 in June-July 2012, eventually in June 2015 it got to Seasons 4-8, and in March 2017 it got to Season 9 and all of Season 10 got it in reruns
