It's kind of mediocre. The art is nice and there are a lot of good characters in the book, but the comic itself doesn't seem to be going anywhere interesting. It doesn't help matters that they're writing for the trade instead of the web.
Personally, I think the comic peaked at chapter 3, since the reveal of Hitomi's depths was incredibly fun which is why everyone wants her to return.

See Hitomi is the cyclops. She's the most interesting character in the comic imho, and I agree that the story peaked in Chapter 3. Hitomi was also why I got interested in the webcomic in the first place, since I read the oneshot back when it was published in tokyopop. Its a shame I can't find the oneshot anymore - that oneshot really made me interested in Hitomi's character.

do they even have two...or even one? usually with their setup, the vagina would be on the back half of the lower body....but where is should be located is where they are connected, or, more like, the back half of their lower half are both missing and replaced by eachother.

There really isn't much to discuss with Devil's Candy outside of how cute/sexy the designs are. We're still not sure what the real plot is and the characters haven't had much growth. It's kind of stagnant.
I think half the reason Hitomi is so beloved is because her character visibly changed in the book. She has depth and we're invested in her terrifying quest to shag sissies.

Pacing is a serious issue with this comic. A good chunk of the pages resolve themselves, which severely limits discussion.
For example, should've ended with Bibi's return, saving Nemo's reaction to it for the next page. That would flow a lot better and create anticipation for the readers.
