That last pael hurts me. Mostly because the linework is incomplete, but also because You can't create such a harsh lighting difference with a large dividing line in the middle. It ruins the composition and can momentarily trick the brain into thinking they're two different panels.
No but seriously finish your fucking linework you goddamn hack, collarbones don't intersect with necklaces, pants wrinkles don't join the water, I can LITERALLY SEE where he erased and started over on one of the wet bitch's legs, come the FUCK ON. It's one thing to have imperfections but I shouldn't be noticing bad linework immediately upon reading the page.

People talk about the art degrading but what about the very art of writing and overall storytelling? This seems like the start of someone's first comic while they're still in high school. As someone pointed out for the last page, having someone talk and what they're saying being broken up throughout various pages is bad for a comic page that comes out weekly and even worse since that character isn't even seen. At least narration manages to do whole sentences on a single page. You'd have to look back at the previous page to remember what they said prior to this.
