I think it is. It shows literal difficulty getting from one thought to the other, one phrase to the next. It is hard for Alfie to think let alone speak her mind here and so the connection between words and thoughts is chaotic and nonsensical.
I would also argue this does increase a sensuality to it. No straight and simple line is is a scribbled mess of emotions and feelings, if the bubbles where just a bit smaller it would resemble a sperm, which is something I have seen done in other erotic comics before. It is nothing new.

I think InCase is stuck a bit here, but Vera's arch is going along pretty smoothly desu

I don't get that at all. NTR/cuck is a major theme in most of the artists work. I understand maybe there is a bit more tension when it comes to raceplay entering that sphere. Or at least, REAL raceplay but ultimately it is as you say. NTR/cuck is a constant in Alfie.

I would post examples of other erotic comics I have seen do this, but I don't feel like cropping out nsfw content. I have seen comics do this since the 70's. In fact my favorite erotic comic does this several times and I found it very fitting considering the content.

I don't see it as NTR. At least for me, that's focused on the humiliation of the person who has their partner stolen. Archetypally NTR is some woman getting fucked while saying: "your dick is so much bigger than my loser husband".

I disagree. I think you can disagree with a persons morals and ideals and still respect them for being so brazen and bold. I do not agree with much of what his writing implies nor could I ever live as many of his characters do but I still find respect for the ideal.

She's fucking up, and that is part of what makes Alfie a good comic. A good character has flaws, and even if you hate them, that is needed for a character that is well-written. Example: Peggy Hill is an awful person, but a good character.

Eh, I wouldn't say he does it out of some desire for sexual freedom. Remember that it's a porn comic, so a porn comic that's traditional would have very little fucking in it. Big brown chick is going after Marco and potentially ready to hold down a relationship with him, abandoning her lesbian lifestyle for him. Vera is finding potential love with her big burly mountain man, the very pinacle of what she wanted. Adventurous, physically capable, and is a good rebuttal to her personality. Just because Alfie is falling into the pit of degeneracy doesn't mean everyone else is.
