Streaming is now completely functional in all but the most ass-backwards parts of the world and has rendered the internet an effective way to watch high definition, full-length TV shows and movies. If you know what you're doing you also never have to see ads. There are youtube channels that completely blow TV ratings in daily video views to smithereens, with TV channels that used to get tens of millions of viewers barely managing to eek out 5 million if they're lucky. Netflix if fucking enormous and I know more people that have it than an actual TV in their homes. The internet has already replaced TV.

2008-2010. (Super old. I know.) Wasn't officially matriculated into the major (previous animation experience during AA), the 3D courses were redundant for me (according to Kelly), but they let me take all the other coursework (excelled at character design and storyboarding) and helped on a few animation projects, so I might as well have been in the program. Never got an internship.

Currently work as a teacher, and animate on the side. Perpetually semi-pro. But never giving up. In a good place.
