I used to like the shorts on the Cartoon Network site. I remember one about an island of meat people and an island of vegetable people that were fighting.

Fucking forgot about that. I don't think it would last through mail, though user. You don't have much to worry about.
Micheal was doing some showcase thing over the winter where he was showing off all this content fans sent in. It was videos, flash games, and neat websites. Shit was tight.
Its still one of my favorite fight scene.
Also part 2 song was good

Rip, i'm sorry man.
This reminds me, I need to look up the old JibJab animations through the Wayback MAchine to see if they exist. Apparently they got removed from the official website at some point.
Recently this guy made the point&click game Tsioque which was decent.
Only for germans though

These videos are how I discovered the power of YouTube
Geotrax Adventures from Fastlane250, removed from YouTube in late 2010
It didn't catch on until 8 years ago, and didn't get super mainstream until 7.
Yeah, and those styles of video didn't catch on until years later, IIRC 2014.
ah fuck, I can't believe you've done this
Does the gif of this count? There were no Web cartoons when I was a kid

Also inspired my ambitions to be an artist. Love all of his stuff, Hoy Te Amo is another favorite of mine. Wish he got bigger.

First of his songs I saw, like some of his stuff, Hypocrite being one of them, animated by Wonchop.

These were both featured videos on youtube back in 2007, back when the youtube staff hand-picked videos to feature on the front page. Most of the views come from then, I remember the Last Duet one getting over a million views. I was a teen when these came out so I think it's technically cheating, but just wanted to share something from a time before youtube became what it is now.
Also remembered this one. Funny how a fanfic ended up becoming canon, even down to the design of Maul's legs. youtu.be
what was the one with some kind of statue guy using shape shifting crow demon thingy as weapon? He also plays violin for some reason.
This ones a classic.

This was probably my favorite.

にirby$t@r (sic)'s stuff was pretty funny to me as a kid, even if it was just ripping off audio from popular youtube videos I think he was pretty good at the animation aspect.
There was also a parody of the Discovery Channel Boom de Yada commercial with Zelda characters that I remember fondly, sadly that seems to have been lost to time.
If future historians attempt to assemble an internet canon featuring choice examples of art & culture from some of it's earliest days, the Madness series should be a part of it.

This is an old version. It started to fall appart after a tour and some time. The guy is currently working on a new more complex, precise, solid and reliable version and it's quite impressive as he is trying to make everything mechanical, except for the mics to capture the sounds.
