Actually no Mr or Miss content creator/advertiser, I'm actually talking about a legitimate logical flaw and slight comedic foil when it comes to the Macro feminine world.
Most Macro Female opt for the Skirt option with their attire, so it makes one think, "Ah, surely they must wear underpants to prevent any sort of naughty looks" then the logic of the situation begins to play out, that giant women don't really care about underpants, because that's what they are.
In SFW/non Macro sensed sixe growth, this trope is averted via "Magical Clothing Growth", aka, The Clothes Grow with the Character, which deliniates from the logical error.
If the character is a giant to begin with, more often than not, they aren't wearing underpants throughout fiction.
This is true of both male and female giant throughout mythologies, and often a chuckle point about the situation.
If you want to appeal to the masses and get past the censors, while at the same time writing a clever bit of shade, make a note of what the mythology entails and work around the common chuckle.
