How would the jojo villains fare in the marvel/DC universe's?

You're underrating Kira a bit since his stand power would let him kill characters like Superman. Whereas someone like Diavolo or Dio doesn't even have a way to hurt him.

I think the main thing with Kira is he wouldn't put himself in a position where he is up against superman, he's just a serial killer who wants to live a quiet life.

Well they'd all shitstomp street level heroes but, The Pillar Men, Dio and Diavolo really can't hurt anyone with mid tier or better invulnerability. Ultimate Kars could turn parts of his body into Kryptonite and hurt Superman but I'm not really sure what he'd do against someone like WW or Captain Marvel/Shazam. Valentine is nerfed by going into the DC/Marvel multiverse since copies can coexist there.
Kira is a glass cannon though the heroes not being able to see Killer Queen would give him a massive advantage.
Pucci is crisis tier at the high end, and pretty dangerous at the low end, since his disk power can incapacitate/kill anyone.

I think a good question to ask would be who would be able to see stands?

Anyone who has a Stand.
Psychics, magicians, etc.. might be able to sniff out Kira's thoughts and location but he erases all the evidence from his crimes so there isn't really any way to discern exactly what Killer Queen is capable of from the perspective of someone unable to see it in action.

Kira is a master of not standing out, I'd kinda like to see Batman test out his worlds greatest detective skills on him.

Kira was not actually that good at blending in. He was an effective serial killer but all of his peers thought he was a fucking weirdo, they noticed him, the girls wanted to fuck him and thought it was weird he didn't reciprocate.

Diavolo would be interesting since the odds of somebody noticing him or coming across him would be low. He probably wouldn't be on Supes radar and given his weirdass paranoia wouldn't wander into Gotham to start shit. Could make for fun stories with Hitman or something like that though. Kira coming across somebody like John would be pretty cool, yeah.

Pucci as Crisis tier could be really neat storywise. Especially if you basically ape Stone Ocean and have the same arc play out in universe. Would make a damn good event/Crisis.

People in the Jojo universe don't seem to notice people dressed like they are on the runway at all time.

Kira was good at, "not drawing attention to himself." Take that to mean what you will. Part of that was not doing anything that might make him stand out. He was able to keep killing people and evidently, nobody took notice that their murder rate was several times that of the national average. Either it was because nobody cared, or because they were all people who wouldn't be missed. Maybe a bit of both.

That said, I don't think jojo's approach to villains and characters meshes well with DC and Marvel's. At least not from a story perspective.

See the reality is that becoming a stand user makes you compelled to dress as gaudy as possible but also gives you the passive ability to have no one notice.

There's a part in Vento Aureo where Bruno talks about how his group's dressed in casual clothes to fit in.
Fugo's wearing swiss cheese, and a tie underneath, and he isn't even the weirdest of the group.

the paper dude, heaven's door, lovers, justice, set, grateful dead, hell even the lock would pose just as much of a threat to the likes of supes/thor/etc as it does to civvies, and probably warrant at least a novelty silver age alt cover

it's a tad shittier in that the victim has to experience some pangs of guilt first, whereas ghost rider can just sort of brute-force his victim into regretting his life decisions

Given their tendencies ('cept for Kira), it's almost assured they'd run into Superman at some point.

Also, Superman has super-breath and he has way more potential then Joseph and Ceasar imo.
Plus even if it isn't that effective, he could still use it as a back-up in case there is an emergency.
