Diavolo would be persistent but annoying, he's a loon but he wants to be left alone and not dominate mankind, he'd only be pinned down if he let Passione get too big too fast
Funny is Lex tier since they can't go around executing presidents or whatever
Kira is small potatoes, something Constantine might have to deal with if he ever came across it
The Aztecs are pretty low tier in the grand scheme of it all

Most of them are powerful via STANDO bullshit, but physically, practically any good hero could take them out. It's when you get to shit like Ultimate Kars and World Over Heaven DIO that shit starts getting fucked.

Stand powers seem a lot more bizarre than what the Big 2 are used to. I can see the combo of Epitaph+King Crimson messing up any of the Flashes, especially when they can't even see the Stand.
