There's not much if any pedestrian traffic near any of the construction sites I've come across, so it's hard to tell.
What I do see is usually three to five guys standing around while one guy works.

Depends on the city. Generally it happens where, construction is perpetual but also in a dense population heavy area where there is no means to isolate the construction.

Also the workers have to be legal.

It's the most squeaky clean fetish comic you'll ever read.
The author has two major fetishes- Transformation and World Building. Motherfucker goes into detail about his ever expanding magic system.

Touches on the sort of gender nonsense you're tired of hearing about, but in a story where they've got about half a dozen different ways to switch between male and female, the water's going to get a little muddy.

Also if you're looking for porn, the author doesn't draw any and only recently buckled and started drawing cheesecake.
But they're easy to edit and there's a constant thread on /aco/.

Lame. I really like the sort of clean lines and straightforward shading here. Reminds me of Sinfest which is definitely a comic that would be better as a porn comic.

It's literally the only webcomic that's revealed a character to be Trans, Gender Queer or any other new wave gender identity that didn't make me think it was total bullshit.
Of course the guy who uses magic to change sex according to his whims is gender queer. It just made sense.

When I was working in Rosslyn, there were always buildings going up, and women & girls on the sidewalk (many stories below) would get verbally-harassed, wolf-whistled, and catcalled by guys so high up that it struck me that very likely they could barely tell that their targets were female.

Likewise you have Elliot, who started off pretty stereotypically masculine but through a series of different causes and events has spent so much time as a woman that its impossible for him to fully identify as a dude anymore.

When you have to spend multiple hours as day in your female form to keep your magic under control, eventually you get comfortable being both.

Dan makes a point to say in the comments that this is literally the most stereotypical thing he could think of, but he wanted an easy excuse to establish the character he is about to reveal.

Notice the last panel there. She's casting magic. So this is straight-up someone using magic to transform people in broad daylight for perceived slights. 90% chance that one or both of those guys are going to be girls on the next page, with a small chance of being turned into animals or something instead.

This is actually a big deal for EGS. Every other magic user we have seen so far has been keeping under the radar, or at least trying to. Even the weird demon guy started off his weird revenge plot inside a house and scrambled all attempts to phone for help.

Must depend on where you live. I live in Northern Ireland and the closest I've seen to that happening is a big fat fucker burst out of a digger and start serenading me, and I'm a big fat fucking man.
