Construction wasn't supposedly ongoing at the time, so somebody is getting screwed for either leaving an appliance on or improperly wiring something.
The investigation will probably take a few days. Considering the fire started on the roof apparently, I'm thinking it wasn't arson but some other unfortunate event. Maybe a bird carrying a flicked cigarette or something.

As of right not it seems like a senseless accident. Glad some relics were saved, but saddened to hear so many unknown lifetimes of work and memories were destroyed.
