And that's just from what little we do know. Each show's likely gonna be serialized and have its own story it's trying to tell. I swear, Yea Forums just insists on hating every new cartoon before it's even out.

I don't think it'll be like Star Vs where monsters are second class citizens though, humans will probably simply not be allowed in the demon world altogether.
Judging by Star Vs handled it in post related , it's most likely not an actual romance and more of Luz having a "wow she's so cool" type crush on Eda or other "cool" older women in the show.
