It's really galling that no one finds out that Mabel caused Weirdmageddon. Or calls her out for creating Dippy Fresh, when you know Soos and Wendy would have absolutely called out Dipper had the roles been reversed.

I missed the whole fandom and even the whole uproar on Yea Forums until after the fact. The show is fine. It has problems but it's not god awful nor is it a must watch.
