First season is pretty great.
Second is quite good. Third is not that good
Most of the first two seasons have offensive humour as means of comedy. Like in the first episode Clara (fairytale princess type) thinks Foxxy (sassy '70s black girl) is their servant or another episode has Captain Hero (basically a sociopath Superman) try to hook up with her retarded cousin solely because she has a hot body.

It's both played for laughs and "you're fucked up in the head" most of the time so while it is shock and offensive, a lot of the time one character or more will be the straight man except in group plots which are quite rare

It's really good in small doses. I binge-watched it and dropped it because it got too formulaic for me

Its one of the few Shock humour cartoons I actually thoroughly enjoyed. It had pretty solid comedic timing.

Personally, I felt season 1 was hit or miss, and Season 3 was actually pretty good for the most part. Season 2 was the most consistently great season.

It's awful, but if you're in the mood for some wretched shit you could do worse.

Clara takes a shit on a pizza, so I'd say yeah.

to me this shows a bit like fosters home for imaginary friends in that it’s a high concept idea that wasn’t fully realized by its writers, but regardless what’s good about it excellent. But in the other hand that means whatever's bad about it is godawful.

You can still enjoy what’s there but still there’s a lingering feeling of wasted potential behind it all. it becomes the captain hero show very quickly so if you find yourself disliking him stop watching. Also avoid the movie it’s garbage

The movie is... interesting with bad animation but some pretty good parts.

though off the top of my head, all I can think of is an episode of 30 Rock and that Bobcat Goldthwait special that his studio wouldn't allow him to name "Bill Cosby is a Sexual Predator"

Please don't listen to all the retards in this thread who only watched the first two episodes and decided the whole series was trash, it's loaded with legit funny gags and much more clever than it lets on. The movie is 100% embittered garbage though

I watched it when it aired so I was a horny teenager and thought Happy Tree Friends was hilarious. Can't really recommend it.
