RS and YAOTFAR are the definition of creepy and unsettling, I really love the atmosphere they convey. Contingency is deeply horrifying, though RS got it beat in terms of sheer weirdness. Show For Children is spooky too, reminds me of when suicidemouse (and lost episodes in general) wasn't a fucking joke, but it's a bit undercooked and rushed. I barely remember Weather Service, I remember thinking it was kinda poorly constructed altogether, although not terrible.

Real Sleep and Contingency are the best videos because the ideas of shady groups/cults doing weird shit with the citizens and the government having contingency plans for a "end of the world" scenario are (or at least can be) a real thing.
Weather Service is good, but the messages at the end were an overkill.
You Are On The Fastest Available Route is a retarded premise as it was mentioned before (who the fuck drives at 5AM, follows random GPS indications and travels alone to a creepy forest?) and Show For Children is just boring.

Contingency is just beyond amazing. It's perfect at making you ask so many questions that are never going to be answered. Everything else is meh, except for the Weather Service which doesn't pose as many compelling questions.

It's the product of an entity that wants you to be awake at night, and able to see the Moon. It's trying to convince you that sleep is a meme, making you more susceptible to whatever it does to you.

Don't really like the idea of overarching lore. Things are creepiest when they're left simple and ambiguous, if what the moon does to you is revealed I'll be really disappointed.

Real sleep is the best, hands down.
Cartoon was bad, GPS one, and the moon one was good until the end lines.

Depends on where you are. Some places have their highways in ass backwards locations chosen not for being fast, but for being direct access between two urban centers. Taking some smaller side roads is often faster, and sometimes they end up being kind of small and shitty. Only the final dirt road portion is silly, but we don't know how long he was driving down that, so he could have just turned onto it and was about to turn back.

My favorite one was about an alien invasion and how it warns among other things, to stay inside and away from windows obviously, but not to respond or check on voices that sound like police or emergency workers or loved ones, and not to look in any mirrors.

I think the best thing about these is that there is no jumpscare. Sure there's the quick flash imagery but at least I won't have to be afraid for my ears.

Lore brings things together and makes it more engaging than just "lul spooky things happen turn your brain off." It makes the work last longer in the eye of the fans and be even more fondly remembered for all the theorycrafting and other such shit that was thrown around.

This is part of the reason why stuff like FNAF became so big. It had all the stuff necessary to let people speculate, even now, about all the characters and the setting they're in near endlessly.

Not that guy, but Yea Forums often doesn't see things form different perspectives. Most people on here will run with the hivemind and never ever deviate. Even when that's true, some opinions aren't born from a hivemind, but I understand if that's hard to believe because the kind of site that Yea Forums has become with the time, the LGBT tendency, the feminism, and other movements made of morality a joke and that's not only on a forum. That's why our world is just like it is right now.

The authentic moral guy probably feels so lonely being the guy who is fighting against the censorship and the extreme feminism that sometimes only is supposed to guide us to a LGBT thing.
