Ask anyone outside of Yea Forums their favorite childhood cartoons and they're not going to say teen titans or atla, they're going to say ed edd n eddy or spongebob, since they already got their action fix from dragonball and naruto
The industry has little need to make action anymore since physical toys (which were what drove action shows) are dead, and most people over the age of eleven watch anime for their action anyway
