I'm amazed that Disney has done nothing with the Brave Little Toaster IP since a lot of the original traditional animators who worked on that back in the 1980's went on to animate for Toy Story

You'd think a multi billion dollar corporation that's owned by an even bigger multi trillion dollar corporation known for pitching basic pitches like "inanimate object is now an animate object" would have made references to this movie since Cars count as Appliances

Why would it be? It's more true today than it was even back then, with new shit coming out to replace the old every few years now in this digital age.

Because it hasn't seen a new master or release since 2003, and that was a foreign print. You only get a shoddy copy of a copy of a 1991 LaserDisc in the US.
