Because Spielberg was too mainstream.

tarantino a hack

Was this really shitting on it?
I thought it was homage at best and playful banter at worst.

>someone has to say nigger in everything he writes
>dude violence
Fuck Tarantino

Because he’s a shitty director, and Kill Bill was the only decent movie he’s made. Death Proof was especially bad.

Because he was big at that time, even the simpsons made a reference to him

Was he gonna eat her feet first?

And how did censors allow this on a kids’ show?

user, that's not the way censorship works. There are very few things the FCC can touch in regards to cable, and regulations of its content are handled in house. The things that it does handled are blatantly against its original mandate, public transmissions only, and members of Congress that approved it should have gotten more familiar with some ranch rope and sturdy tree.

The computer was an underrated character

They didn't say KILL.

The fucking exorcist mattress episode was probably the funniest shit in this entire series

The entire episode is seeing how much of an IRL shitposter possessed Muriel can be

This. What’s wrong with you, OP?

Based and red-pilled.

There were no tarantino references other than the zombie's name, so that was just "spooky version of a famous film director" as a pun name.

I really need to get around to finding the episodes and cropping some reaction images. Courage had a lot of good material looking back

Courage the Cowardly Dog > Tarantino

Isn’t “kill” and “slay” the same thing?

Slay sounds fancier

"Slay" is a less scary word.

Slay has more intent than kill, doesn't it?

A better question is how in the heck they were allowed to present a snuff film to kids.

Because Tarantino is shit.

He was supposed to be tarantino?

It has a more distant, "idealized" sound to it. Slaying is what happens in the bible, killing is what happens in gory R rated movies.

They DESTROYED all twelve of those people.
It was such a tragic event, the brother of one of the victims ended up DESTROYING himself out of grief.

His name was Tarantella, dude.

They just used the name.
They could have given him a name that was a parody of literally any other director and it would have made no difference.
It's not like he has anything in common with the real deal.

Not him, but as a kid I always figured that was just a play on the word "Tarantula", and never figured it was a double entandre. But I also had no idea who Tarantino was as a kid.

Underrated

Because Tarintino says the n-word and doesn't afraid of anything

Why aren't there more horror cartoons? Seriously.
