He already won. If anything, this is the perfect opportunity for them to restart society and make it better than it once was. Why are they so bloodthirsty? The damage has already been done, it's time to rebuild and start anew.

They think if they can equip the glove then they can cast an anti-snap to make it like nothing ever happened.

It's like the Avengers were grouping together and picking on some vulnerable old man, whenever he suffered their faces lit up in delight, when Quill started pummelling his face with punches it just didn't feel right

Which would correct itself to a doomsday situation again in like a hundred years unless Titans don't reproduce near as effectively as humans do.

I actually came to the conclusion that for the Titans, that was actually a viable solution because they live much longer, can apparantly breathe in space, and are as strong as the Hulk by default.

So their alot more heartier than humans and could bounce back from that. And them overpopulating could in fact be a serious problem.

Thanos's fault is assuming the entire universe is like the Titans.

Thanos' "merciful" and "balanced" solution probably resulted in more people dead than alive, as trillions of people around the universe died as a direct result of other people vanishing. Unlike crumbling to dust, many of these secondary deaths were likely painful.
