He was a fat joke Green Arrow villain who was pathetic and overweight. But when Simone wrote him, he turned into a buff gay chad who was in touch with nature and shit. I wouldn’t even mind the blatant female fantasy if Simone wasn’t such a hypocrite about that stuff.
He was a fairly fit Batman foe before he showed up fat and forgotten about in Green Arrow. If anything, Gail returned him back to his roots and went from there.
