A Doom Force book, which will be a mix of Doom Patrol and Suicide Squad. The government funds Niles Caulder to fight against unusual threats faced by USA and maintain the status quo from enemies from past and future. Sort of like Morrison's second Nobody arc. Robotman will be the Rick Flagg figure and other Doom Patrol members will be involved as well.

I can't there's an in real life embargo on thinking of Harley Quin as a Thor like Avatar to Delirium/Delight 's Odin.
If you don't want to accidentally guess believe that's what's in the spoiler tags are Shazam and Shazam.
But once I say it there won't be credit paid to me for the idea in a way I can positively identify. Kinda sucks I can't pitch this idea because it's super contrived and involves a popular DC title that can sell any crap idea.

maybe plan for a 12 issue run written by jason aaron and drawn 8 issues by some solid b artist like... idk, clayton cowles. and 4 issues by some big names for single issue or 2 parter stories
if that works they could do another 12 issues by some other writer (brubaker maybe?)

Nah. Ok. Maybe. There's an argument that the name Vertigo belongs to a set of styles and a set of themes created by those people at that time maybe there's even an argument that Vertigo belongs to the cast of Sandman in any sense of the word belongs.
But Vaguely British and then a find memory of color pallets and gritty realism not sucking could still be called Vertigo of DC so choose. How are we doing on those treatment applications?

For his team I would hire whoever's ghost writing for Warren Ellis unless it's Ellis or Millar. Whoever wrote Constantine the movie. Brian Templesmith unless he cut his teeth on Old Vertigo and I didn't know it. The artist doing the current Super boy & Gramps comics. The artist that you call Greg Land unless he also cut his teeth on Old Vertigo unbeknownst to I.
What else, how brand new universe does this have to be, like tied into DC's next big reboot/New universe?
If I had to make a new Vertigo as a new label I'd pitch it as Source Wall Comics expecting it to get changed. Source Equation or A New Liberty. Nothing Vertigo Vertigo reboot goes bright goes West East. Bright Lights Big City. Mainstream Old Style Urban Outlook from early Superman. Sup?
