I think is on the right track. Black Adam gets introduced in Shazam 2 and Billy thinks he's a hero. Possibly even teams up with him t take down Mr. Mind. There might be some villainous undertones that make some of the characters question Adam's true motives, but they stay on amicable terms throughout. 3rd movie is where Adam is the main villain though.

I hope I am wrong too, she's one of my favorite characters as well and was very happy with the first one, and when news broke that Jenkins was handling the sequel as well I was kinda hyped for it. But then I saw it's written by Johns and the guy who did The Expendables and it all came crumbling down. Then there's some other dubious stuff like the 80s setting and casting Wiig that also don't inspire much good faith from me. I hope the rescheduling of the release is purely due to business and it doesn't involve any major reshoots or any of that crap.
And that's why I think that the fact that they locked down the writer for the Shazam sequel is great news for me. Geoff Johns should stay the fuck away from this.

Towards the end of the movie he tells the rest of the family to "Say my name," and he meant Shazam. Hopefully he learns how to say Shazam without transforming with some more practice. I kind of wonder if some of the mental abilities like that and the wisdom of Solomon are like his flight, and are things he needs to figure out instead of having innate access to. I don't expect him to act like an adult in the next movie thanks to the Wisdom, I just wonder if it will let him know things that Billy doesn't.

off the top of my head? start with a current DC character like Aquaman, he does a super thing or what ever, everyone claps at his heroism. then the camera flys out all the way showing the earth, theres some kind of mechanical or wonderous sound effect as the earth moves away to be replaced by another earth and we zoom back in to show aquaman with Orm leading a Atlantis army on washington dc or something. a narrator comes in and says "oh yes...there are many earths..with many different outcomes..." then it goes to another earth where aquaman is goofy and has his blonde hair, riding dolphins as water skiis. The narrator then says "But this one is special, This one I call, Earth 2" TITLE SCREEN

i fantasied about exactly this happening as a movie, and at the very end, the narrator is revealed to have been Starro the Conqueror, who i would pick as the over arching villain of the entire DCEU
