These are looking pretty good user, I'd say you should start getting more into Gesture drawing to get some more flow out of your sketches, they're still looking a little stiff right now. I'd recommend Proko's videos on gesture, or a book i like is Force: Dynamic Life Drawing by Micheal Mattesi. check em out. I think what you're looking for is more construction knowledge, learning how to make bodies out of boxes and spheres in proper perspective is the best way to make your pics feel more real. There's tonnes of videos and books on anatomy construction (Andrew Loomis, Proko vids again) but i'm not that experience, i'm still struggling with it. Plus you need to start getting into studying Perspective, and that's a whole different art journey, It would also help studying actual bones and muscle placement in the human, lots of places to learn that shit too.
All in all i'd recommend reading the sticky on /ic/ it's legitimately one of the best recourse's for learning how to learn how to draw.

The diamond on her head has a nice use of flats. I like the glowing aura around her. The strong contrast between her skin and clothes (gloves shoes) with the background really makes it pop. Also if you look at it at a certain angle or scroll up & down really fast you can create a nice 3D effect. Really it looks nice & you did a great job.
