VB anime. Every character looks anywhere from five to twenty years younger. Rusty does that thing where he adjusts his glasses and you can't see his eyes at least once an episode. Brock is either a hot muscle chick, or he's dark and handsome with a scar somewhere on his face. Probably bridge of the nose. Slightly more taciturn either way. Hank and Dean are high tier shotacon bait. Surprisingly no one's personality changes that much, but there's a bit more slapstick along with the cynical humor. And the boys' whole coming of age arc would be a lot less...teenager-ish. Probably the biggest change, besides the uptick in ecchi shots and female background characters.

Monarch and his crew are largely intact. Monarch might be the only one besides Morpheus allowed to keep his facial hair, but he still looks way younger. Doc Girlfriend's outfits would be a bit more overtly sexy more than likely. Maybe not Queen Etheria levels, but more form fitting at least. I think 21 and 24 would be the least changed of any characters. Maybe a bit more boke tsukkomi banter, but Monarch and Doc G already cover that base pretty much, so they'd just keep being bumbling henchmen. There'd be a lot more people shipping Monarch and Rusty, especially if Brock is still a guy. Fujos would be all over this shit.
