Aaah...no. You’re basically completely wrong. Her powers when Rogue absorbed them were very different actually, basically she was just a straight flying brick, nothing fancy at all and not even any enhanced senses. Basically what Rogue did when she was an X-Men for years is what Carol did; flew, was tough, could hit shit real hard. She only got energy-based powers later during Claremont’s X-Men run, and her current powers are basically suggested to be a toned down version of them.
All that other stuff you mentioned is also probably wrong and is likely symptomatic of some kind of persecution complex when you aren’t actually being persecuted and don’t actually matter to anyone who writes this stuff all that much.

Thing is, Carol is a hybrid Kree, for whichever reason. She is also female.

So... Carol hits Kree puberty and goes into heat. Like a lioness. Her human half struggles and fails to control a phenomenon which has not been seen in the cosmos in hundreds of thousands of years and arguably never, since she's a hybrid with super powers. She tries to resist the urge to jump the bones of any suitable male - and Kree mating is NOT gentle - while ger powers are gradually going haywire, causing her to careen towards a fiery end.
Everybody is working on a 'cure' while not being sure any can be found for what is after all a natural process.
You can draw in anybody, but I am particularly partial to Phyla and consequently Moondragon; Phyla is a Kree hybrid as well, but her Eternal half is much stronger than a human and, of course, she is also only about a third of Carol's age, so it's not an issue for her... yet.
