I think you're taking these shows and porn parodies just slightly too seriously. A bit more seriously than people out to stroke their dicks, and even the shows themselves in terms of locking down the characters and carefully coloring inside those lines.

There is only one key ingredient to making porn of those two more in-line with their settings: Use the scene to tell a joke. That's the one basic level of believability that's sort of required. Which is why the least out-of-character fanart of Lisa and Bart together has little dialogue from the two of them and mocks the situation in some way. For example: Marge is shocked and dismayed at finding Bart and Lisa post coitus and cries, "Homer it's incest" to which Homer calmly replies "Sex, Marge. It's called sex." I

The problem with Bart and Lisa porn is that so many times artists try to make it sentimental or add in unironically sexy dialogue. So they're trying not to fall into the trap of making them passive bodies, but because they aren't good at writing comedy, they wind up doing it anyway by making them too different from a show whose job is to turn 90% of its scenes and dialogue into nonstop jokes. Double for Animaniacs.

A lot of credit card/money processing companies have issues with 'extreme illegal themes' like incest, so it makes more economic sense to have that layer of abstraction over it so their videos can go to more websites/outlets. Most fanartists (and this includes SFW stuff) forget that it's a cartoon and cartoons are supposed to have stories and jokes in them when the vast majority of fanart is just bland pinup art or (in the case of R34) makes the characters act like the script of a generic porn movie.

Most fanfics are just the artist's self-insert fantasies anyway and seldom try to be believable or have the characters act the way they should.

When I write, I try to preserve character voices as much as I do, but it gets very weird when I use kids, because using mature language doesn't feel right for Lisa's POV or the likes.
