Completely disregarding the Mandarin twist, Iron Man 3 is the worst film in the MCU

Ed Edd and Eddy has aged horribly

The west sucks at action. All of the people on Yea Forums who want action cartoons should go watch anime instead while the west does comedy, which is its main strength

adventure time ended in the worst possible way ever

samurai jack ended well

>Ed Edd and Eddy has aged horribly
kill yourself

>Ed Edd and Eddy has aged horribly

People who want nothing but the same interpretation of a character or event over and over and over and over again should not be listened too.

i never liked adventure time. the immaturity of the early seasons turned me off from it

capeshit has zero redeeming qualities
there are no good cape movies and the few good cape comics that exist are good in spite of being about capes and not because of it

Rise of the TMNT is actually pretty good. The writing is eh, but it has the best art style out of all the TMMT incarnations by far. I’m still blown away by the storyboarding talent in those action sequences too.

>Your opinions make me angry!

Your opinions are perfectly valid interpretations even if they are different from mine. Even if they do make me angry.

Ed Edd n Eddy was never good.

yo fuck you but i agree with this poster

what are opinions

>Ed Edd and Eddy has aged horribly
You are factually wrong about this. Johnny Bravo aged badly and will continue to age badly because of the numerous references to dated pop culture references of the time, especially in the later seasons. South Park ages terribly more and more as time goes by and they become more and more topical. Ed Edd n Eddy masterfully captures the art of contemporary timelessness, the only episode that has aged badly is the episode where they sell newspapers because that's a dying industry. The humor is timeless slapstick and witty dialogue, nothing dated about it. The show didn't age terribly, you did.

Post movie Rugrats doesn't piss me off like it seems to most people

Jimmy Neutron is funnier than Spongebob

Tangled is boring.

>Adventure time is literally the most boring cartoon I’ve seen in my entire life, I see why Nickelodeon rejected the pilot
>Steven universe is unwatchable
>Rick and morty was mediocre, let’s be real
>Brazilian animation has more quality than USA animation, I don’t care if you fags waste $200M on making them, they are horrible

Ed edd and eddy is/was shit
King of the hill is shit
Comics and cartoons need to be split into two boards
People who refuse to have serious issues in a comic or adaptation
People who are mentally stunted at the age of 15 guiding market trends for comics

Not just splitting animation and comics, but ending the east/west divide as well.

never liked Hey Arnold!
never liked Kim possible
never liked any pixar movie ever.

Outside of the one where you praised your own country (only south americans call it USA), none of those opinions are "unpopular" as much as they are "alternative". It's like preferring Mac to Windows; it's not a massively popular opinion, but it's far from unpopular

Fuck off, america is the continent, your niggerland is called United States Of America

I don't live in the US

There are more bad episodes of Gravity Falls than there are good ones.

>Iron Man 3 is the worst film in the MCU
Since when is this an unpopular opinion?

>>most people who are mad at >muh SJW muh forced diversity should be mad at the shitty writing and not the diversity of the characters

Usually that bitching is interconnected in that a lot of writers keep using the diversity of their characters as a shield from negative criticism of their writing.

Star Vs. The Forces of Evil was never a good show Wander deserved the four seasons god damn it

Steven Universe is the only good CN original currently airing.

I generally don't care about capeshit, animated or live-action.

Gravity Falls was better as a comedy/mystery of the week show

Samurai Jack's fifth season was the only season I liked from the show, the rest of it was slow and boring most of the time.

>Ed Edd and Eddy has aged horribly
How does a show with virtually no topical references or themes "age"?
You can barely date it, let alone age it.

Attached: 1370106320222.gif (477x252, 1.22M)

Frozen was actually a great movie and deserved the praise it got

Incels and /pol/tards are a very real problem on this board

Watching cartoons past the age of 12 is a real waste of time.

Was a waste of time under the age of 12 anyway.
Entertainment is just consumable nonsense you're allowed to like, and any positives you receive from it are entirely subjective and non-material in nature.
If you want to judge things based on them being a "Waste of time" you might as well just live at work.

Dexter's lab is boring

The new Joker film will be fine, but Yea Forums will have an unbearable influx of people who literally identify with the Joker and are mad that they LIVE IN A SOCIETY. There will be one award won.

>samurai jack ended well
I'm gonna have to disagree with you there. The second Ashi was "redeemed" the entire story took a turn for the worse.

Gravity Falls was both the greatest and the worst thing to happen for Disney TV Animation. Every future show will be compared to it and Gravity Falls fans are very hard to satisfy (just look at how many people here complain about Hirsch personally screwing them). All the new shows at DTVA are made up of former Gravity Falls staff or affiliated people, and any new CalArts people are going to be mentored by them. This will be evident next year when Owl House comes out.

Also, Gravity Falls honestly is overrated. It was an objectively good show, but the really subpar television line up and the relatively "safe" humor that surrounded it made the show seem way better and edgier than it was. Same shit happened to Adventure Time and Regular Show. The legendary status it's given by Yea Forums and other sites is a bit much.

On a semi-related note, I actually find the intrigue over the personal lives and motives of the staff on these shows to be more interesting than most of the discussion of shows and comics here. The shitposting over the EZPZ video was more interesting than any waifu thread that gets posted here.

Attached: alex-hirsch.jpg (450x450, 160K)

All Grown Up was actually enjoyable and made even better by the memes that surround it.

>most people who are mad at >muh SJW muh forced diversity should be mad at the shitty writing and not the diversity of the characters

I agree. Most of the criticism over the diversity of comics and cartoons lacks a constructiveness and really feels more like an emotional reaction rather than something rational.

>Star Vs. The Forces of Evil was never a good show
I enjoy it, but my biggest issue is that it seems all over the place and undecided in what it wants to be. Does it want to be some romcom/adventure show? Does it want to be a political show? Does it want to be drama or comedy? I had a similar problem with Korra, but at least I'm able to enjoy the finales of each season of SVTFOE.

>Gravity Falls was better as a comedy/mystery of the week show

I also agree. The introduction of Ford on the way to Weirdmaggedon and the whole Bill arc to the end really felt meh. Reasonably, the show could've been a solid single season show. Also, fucking hiatuses were so shitty, I was actually relieved when they announced it was ending.

that’s my etande on anna since she’s just rapunel 2.0 but at least that gives her some semblance of a personality.

i’m willing to give the sequel a shot but since elsas face prints ungodly amounts of money, they’ll really going to play it safe with her.

I hear these every time I come here.

The MCU is soulless garbage that should have been put down 5 years ago

As far as art styles go, CN is the only channel that actually has a "Cal Arts" problem.

Neither comics nor cartoons are good anymore.

That last part about animation I agree so hard with.
I see lots of people in the animation community try so hard to make animation feel legitimate and it's the most cringe as fuck thing ever. I'm so glad I got over that phase.

Personally I don't give a shit what people think, I'll just do my thing until I'm worm dirt.

I think it's because a lot of people who do that have never really grown up in the sense that they can accept that they can enjoy things without needing approval from others.

honestly producers should treat animation no differently than live-action.
just allow creators to craft their shows and films in any genre for any age groups and open the floodgates. then animated works will be seen as legit entertainment.

it isn’t that hard in theory, but apparently it is in execution.

the thing that I especially hate about IM3 is the army of autonomous iron man bots

not only is this an unnecessary ripoff of doombots, but its also seemingly never used again, even though its a huge tactical advantage to have a big army of disposable flying soldiers any time some bad guy shows up

true, but the industry also is oriented towards keeping animation a medium to appeal to children. that's why a lot of "adult animation" tends to just be edgy humor with swears.
i agree though. more creator control is better, both for the craft and the industry.

Actually controversial.

You're a prophet.

Age of Ultron was the worst MCU by far, because it refused to take anything going on seriously. There was a joke every 2 minutes and Ultron looked like a complete jobber for most of the film.

>I actually find the intrigue over the personal lives and motives of the staff on these shows to be more interesting than most of the discussion of shows and comics here
Unfortunately this isn't an unpopular opinions and it's why Yea Forums and Yea Forums are so shit these days

>Unfortunately this isn't an unpopular opinions
It's unpopular in the sense that no one really wants to admit it.

Ed Edd and Eddy wasn't even good to begin with.

Summer Camp Island is the best Cartoon Network show of the 2010's.

Barely anything made by disney has ever been good

I fucking loathe most cartoons now that try to play it safe and pander to snowflake fags

The MCU only has five good movies tops, most of it is dreck and it has done far more damage to the world of cinema then good

Star wars best content was in the EU and in cartoons, TCW is unironic kino

Daron nefcy deserves a bullet to the head after season 3 of star vs

>i-its scientifically proven wrong u guyz
Your response is all the more reason to use it, summer camp island is a terrible show for toddlers and your a semen sucking basedboy for swallowing it up whole

Woah calm down, user. No need to have a stroke over being told you're an idiot.

Brave and the Bold is better than BTAS

DC is better than Marvel in almost everything

>Completely disregarding the Mandarin twist, Iron Man 3 is the worst film in the MCU
I thought this was a popular opinion.
>Ed Edd and Eddy has aged horribly
I didn't like it when it was out.

Seconded.

Nah, youre a complete literal faggot, so go off and whine because im not a comfy basedboy somewhere else, shows like SCI are cancer and the only chemo is to call out ball gagging losers who enjoy it

There’s been a recent push to rewrite history and say that IM3 was good and the Manderin twist is clever/good.

I love western animation. But anime makes consistently better works than western animation. I understand it has to do with west cartoon often and for the most part being associated with children and anime has a broader viewer base with there being a whole genre of anime for adults... But it can't be denied. Anime is better than western cartoons.

Wait, do Brazilians not like black people? Aren't you guys afrolatino?

>The Adventure Time finale had flaws and wasn't amazing but was no where near as bad as people claim
>I hate it when reboots and remakes try to either stick to close or move too far from the source.

Anime is consistently better, but western cartoons have astronomically better writing and comedy. Every time some the male protagonist pratfalls over onto the deuteragonist's breasts i want to fucking die. Not to mention how otakus demand that every single anime be softcore pornography.

>The Adventure Time finale had flaws and wasn't amazing but was no where near as bad as people claim
Well thats just plain wrong

The USM game sucked apart from the story and Venom, the combat is repetitive and the costumes are just reskins when the 2000 game at least gave new abilities to the suits. I'd rather get a cheat engine than fighting the same goons over and over to get the black suit.

Anime falls into trope traps far too much. But there are more amazing anime than there are amazing cartoon series. Animated Movies I think I'll give to the west. Disney Pixar and other famous studios are too solid. But when it comes to general animated series, I can only remember a handful of cartoons where I was taken aback while I can remember several more anime that have. That's not to say western animations can not be good. It's just per capita anime is better than western cartoons. Due to the sheer volume alone, but it is still undeniable.

>the Mandarin twist
It ruined the potential great villain and make Iron Man 3 lame.

I still like Family Guy and enjoy the new episodes

I acknowledge that Dan Vs. IS the Hub' s best show ever (even if it's been ages since I watched it, I know it still holds up well enough.) and I can fully understand why people like and miss Aquabats (even if I ain't big on it, myself).

However, my favorite Hub show of all is and always will be anything Littlest Pet Shop (both 2012 and AWOO, WHICH IS BETTER.).

Unlike Yea Forums, I think LPS:AWOO definitely needs more than one season, badly. Unlike Horse Show, which I can't stand all that much, it's the only truly cutesy-ass cartoon I can sit down that I find fun to kill time with.

Also, Bob's Burgers is the BEST animated sitcom in this decade.

Fight me.

Daron nefcy deserves a bullet to the head for Star Vs. In general being overrated crap.

Same with Rebecca Sugar for SU being the same.

Both are just halfassed, halfhearted mimickings of far better anime to waste time with. And I don't even like anime that much.

In fact, I think Western animation would benefiy from doing action and comedy, while also NOT micking anime anymore.

Let's leave that stuff to France and go back to just making good, simple, and actually fun cartoons again, like we need to in general.

Same as tumblrfags

You misspelled Ragnarok

BASED. Western animation can only be legit by getting outta this crappy 4KidsOnly mindset, which should have happened 2-3 decades ago.

Based fren

Dcpilled

I always liked Penn Zero far more than Star Vs and wish said show lasted more than 35 episodes, just so it could keep getting better than it was. Just a fun show that I hate seeing be overlooked so easily. I could say the same about Wander, which is better than PZ, don't get me wrong. BOTH (and other Disney cartoons) are still more worth my time than the garbage fire that Star Vs has always been for me.

Also, Tangled: TAS >>>>>>>>>>>> Star Vs, simply because it looks better and its MC isn't an obnoxious slut. Plus, better storytelling to boot, even if the character development isn't always all there for me. Just a better show to see through to its end for me.

Live-Action Thanos armor looks gaudy and I’m glad he only wore it for five minutes in Infinity War.

Newspapers were never topical, they are somewhat historical. I'm sure the current generation doesn't view them the same way we do but I don't think it's quite like pop culture.

Aladdin's OST is pretty fucking good.

>Completely disregarding the Mandarin twist, Iron Man 3 is the worst film in the MCU
>Thor the Dark World Exists
You argument is invalid.

I like SU, but I only got into it by chance.
It's also weird because I'm not a fan of the current social justice culture at all.
SU is better than W.I.T.C.H tho.

I want a /cape/ board because I'm sick of capeshit.

I liked the show but the finale shit the bed big time. Mabel brings about the apocalypse but it's Dipper's fault for wanting a life of his own instead of being glued to his sister for eternity. I don't get why they had him apologize to her when she was the one acting like a selfish bitch.

Brazil is like America in that there's tons of difference races down there but the guy you (you)'d is probably the mexicans or blacks of Brazil

For whatever reason they hate black people in America despite generally being lower on the totem pole. Personally I think it's to compensate and try to kick someone down rather pathetically

I loved Gravity Falls and would always try to keep up to date with it when possible, despite the ridiculous amounts of hiatuses. The episode that killed it for me was the one that was such a hamfisted metaphor for "don't objectify women" that it made me genuinely wonder if they knew what they were doing anymore. It's the one where Dipper's self-esteem is at an all time low so he tries to get over it by approaching and asking a bunch of girl's for their online contacts to gain confidence with girls. Somehow Dipper is a horrible person for doing this despite not being in a relationship with anyone. I genuinely hope no kids saw that and thought that it was bad to approach girls their own age.

>incel
You have to go back

Live in denial if you want, pretending there is no problem doesn't make things better.

Angela Anaconda is one of the best children's cartoons to air in the early 2000s. It was wholesome, funny, the characters were cute, and the art style was unique with effort put into it.
The only reason I can think of why it's constantly mentioned as one of the worst cartoons of all time is
1) Angela's voice
2) The Digimon clip pissing people off
and neither is enough to justify writing the show off completely

A show with Anime artstyle w/ western writing would be perfect.

Pacifica is the only worthwhile character in Gravity Falls that has meaningful character arc on screen.

I retrospect it always seemed like it was building towards something that never came. Although second half of second season was awful in general.

People who want the same character reinterpreted a thousand times are afraid of new content.

Captain Marvel is fairly enjoyable movie, but I don't like how powerful she is. I don't like Superman tier characters and I hoped MCU would avoid them.

It could be worse. Could be The Sentry.

The MCU lowered the bar for Cape movies. And so most Fox and DCEU films blow them out of the water.

Attached: giphy.gif (500x200, 1.21M)

SU's "finale" was great but it needed a few more episodes to really expand on White Diamond's role, even if she was the one who set the show in motion in the first place.

>>most people who are mad at >muh SJW muh forced diversity should be mad at the shitty writing and not the diversity of the characters
>> DC makes better superhero comics than marvel
My man

Unpopular opinion: IM3 and Thor 2 were both fine. Neither were great but you could watch a ton of worse movies. Worst MCU movies are still IM2 and AoU. God, the latter fucking sucked.

GotG vol. 1 also isn't good by any means.

To be fair, we are getting another season of SU so those questions might be answered.

>>most people who are mad at >muh SJW muh forced diversity should be mad at the shitty writing and not the diversity of the characters
Can I be both? They are usually linked. If writing wasn't shitty, the diversity wouldn't be forced.

I'm more mad at critics letting shitty writing slide though. I don't care what kind of gay niggers from outer space hack writers use as a shield though.

Yeah that's true. I suppose I cut CYM a lot of slack because SU basically runs on emotional logic and often takes a lot of shortcuts when it comes to storytelling and pretty much every emotional beat worked for me. I totally get why people would be annoyed by that but for me it's the best episode in the show, or at least top 5.

None of those are remotely unpopular opinions

Yeah, and worse off for it.

Yeah I'd agree with that.

Pixar is too kiddy compared to disney

Hey arnold was preachy

Dreamworks is over hated

Yeah... The villains are what make the show worth watching, even if out of morbid curiousity. Nothing else. Same case with Victor & Valentino - you're likely only into that for the goth girl (Charlene) or the babysitter (Xochi), and not much else.

Victor & Valentino is just worse than Star Vs. in just about every sense, is what I'm saying.

Heroes with flaws like Batman and Spidey will never not be superior always, as that's how you bring out the most entertaining struggles between good and evil in anything (not just capeshit.). Understood perfectly; agreed wholeheartedly.

I was going more about how being very powerful is very stiffling. If she can just tank a big-ass missile like she did and blast everyone into space, there's no reason for her to get creative.

Disagree with catdog.

Agreed with shark tales, it’s biggest sin is the awful character designs, if the cast were humans it wouldn’t catch as much shit as it does

>Unlike Horse Show, which I can't stand all that much
Mind explaining why? Where did the pastel equines touch you?

Gravity Fall is fucking boring

Johns gets a free a pass for all of the damage he did to the Titans/YJ franchise.

STAS was better than BTAS.

SJ season 5 was decent. Aishi wasn't the problem,it was the forced bittersweet ending.

Fairly Oddparents, Rick and Morty and Spongebob were never good.

LoK was a good cartoon that had one bad season.

Love triangles, shipping and romance have no business being in cartoon.

A competent character is not a Mary Sue even if you dislike their personality.

People claim they want flawed protagonists and consequences but get mad when a protagonist makes mistakes and suffers consequences because of their flaws.

Being dark, edgy, deep and 'mature' do not make a cartoon or comic good.

Overrated does not mean bad. Most of the stuff Yea Forums praises as masterpieces were just very good and most of the stuff Yea Forums trashes as garbage is decent at worse.

Coconut Fred Fruit Salad Island, Fanboy and Chum Chum, Angelina Anaconda, Cramp Twins and Breadwinners are the worst cartoons of all time.

Most of the cartoons that aired on Jetix were actually really good.

Not sure if Yea Forums but most of Toonamai's current lineup should air on weekdays after school.

how is that an unpopular opinion
here's an unpopular opinion, I liked Breadwinners

>Completely disregarding the Mandarin twist

Which was clever and funny.

>Iron Man 3 is the worst film in the MCU

It's not even the worst Iron Man movie.

>Korra deals with more mature themes
Sure, it also dealt with those themes a hell of a lot worse than AtLA handled its themes. Barring parts of the third season, and one or two characters, the show felt like fanfiction.

A lot of that felt like Nick poking its nose in and mandating that they needed childish shit like fart humor (which was especially egregious near the end of S4, you may know the bit I'm talking about).

I wouldn't say it lowered the bar, more like standardized what a cape movie is. DC was complacent with it's material. It had everything it needed to be just as good as Marvel. Now it's only reason for existence is to forever chase the coattails of Marvel's success.

the later seasons of adventure time werent as shit as people say

I'll say it here, but The Amazing World of Gumball is overrated.

The humor itself takes some time to require getting used to, which is usually funny most of the time, but it mostly comes down to "Hey, wasn't that funny we made an anime reference or stupid face joke for the 20th time?"

if its any correlation i didnt think the finale was complete dogshit unlike most people

I think you're right about the execs butting in, but I feel like it runs deeper. Some of the ideas were just horrible. I'm fine with some low brow humor to keep the younger audience watching. It would be easier to stomach if the characters were even slightly more bearable to listen to.

There's a part in I think season three, where it's just Korra, and some guy about to commit suicide on a bridge, and it's just him and her talking, and it's one of the only moments where Korra seemed like a relatable person. That moment made me realize what potential it actually had, and I'm forever saddened that we didn't get it.

Yeah that's one of the reasons I loved S3. Couldn't have had a better name for its first episode.

>All MCU movies follow the same hashed together formula and people who unironically enjoy more than 2 are just generic double digit iq movie goers that gave $1 billion to suicide squad.

>Star wars never had any good films after the OT and having any expectations after the prequels is hilarious

>Adventure time ruined cartoons by forcing all the new ones in CN to have a 11 min time slot

>if you don't have avatar, steven universe, over the garden wall your list of best cartoons you should probably reconsider your opinion.

Helga's obsession with Arnold was annoying as shit and I'm baffled people want them to get together. All of the romantic crap in Hey Arnold was stupid but worse with her since it's half of her character.

Calarts is a boogeyman

I can say this much to back up my own shit as same user ...

After Season 3-4, I just began to realize this show didn't really appeal to me like LPS actually did, especially in Seasons 2-3 of that show, IMHO. And once EQG came, I knew MLP wasn't for me, anymore, and honestly never was, whereas LPS always kept me coming back, despite not every episode of that being great/awesome as they could have been to me.

And yet - the internet at large treats liking anything LPS that's the 2012 (or even further, AWOO) like a crime for the BS reason that it's just an MLP clone/ripoff. I not only find that sad, I find it both insulting and annoying to myself as someone who finally came across a cutesy-ass cartoon he actually likes, unlike Horse Show, which everyone seems to obsess over to no end.

Words to live by, even if I don't agree with everything here.

Based - this is why I have a hard time revisiting an otherwise OK cartoon like Hey Arnold, personally. Also, I wish cartoons would stop doing this crap that's similar to Arnold and Helga; it's NOT cute if it's one-sided and fucked in the head like that. Relationships in general only work (regardless of what medium it's in) if and only if both sides (whether gay or straight, because fuck Yea Forums, that's why.) have chemistry and actual attraction to each other encouraging a healthy and capable relationship in general!

Agreed 100% (also Most HA ships are garbage to begin with).

my main issue is that Helga kept using him as an emotional crutch, she literally couldn’t bear to live her life or do anything without Arnold being involved in some way. shits not romantic it’s depressing. whenever I mention my thoughts on this ship this almost always pops up

>she does this because she was emotionally neglected and Arnold treats her nicely you retard

that’s a perfectly fine explanation for her behavior, but a terrible way to excuse her for it. Phoebe treats her well too but Helga doesn’t base her entire self-worth around her existence does she?

You can’t love others before you love yourself, desu that seems to fly over peoples heads the most.

same user still here Also, I have to laugh at how people playing with the toys these shows are based off of on YT think their shit is actually art, when 95 - 98% percent of it is high - school drama garbage and creepypasta BS that any moron can make a quick few million views off of without even trying. And yet, thanks to these retards, two actually OK to great cartoons to me? Canned. Fuck these people.

So it's not just MLP I'm not a fan of, unlike LPS, it's the idiots who obsess over the toys not being like their precious old-school whatevers that people like me who just want good cartoons to watch that happen to be toyetic, can't have nice things sometimes. Again, fuck these idiots.

Based yellow text all around, right here.

go back to /pol/

the during movie piss is the best piss

I've occasionally seen Angelina Anaconda and Fanboy and Chum Chum get defended on Yea Forums.

Mabel, Webby and Scrappy get too much hate.

Cir El should be brought back.

Avengers Assemble improved with each season and actually became decent.

Sanjay and Craig was okay.

Powergirl should have been Kon's mentor.

2003 TT cartoon handled Judas Contract better than the comics

>Mabel, Webby and Scrappy get too much hate.
Scrappy I can undrstand. Mabel & Webby are good characters overall, though. Yea Forums can fuck off for hating these two like they do for whatever retarded "reasons" they seem to.

>Sanjay and Craig was okay.
Glad I'm not alone in that opinion, especially after watching S2 and S3 and seeing actual improvement past all the off-puting gross out humor most of S1 was unfortunately hampered down by, not just for me (THAT is why this show is so easy to hate on the internet in general.).

Steven is the best protagonist in cartoons currently and that's with taking all his flaws like obnoxiousness into account. Kind without being a pushover, patient but not without limit and willing to fight but talk things out first. Plus all the cool gem shit, but that's just a bonus. It's nice to have a male protagonist who is actually relatable while still setting a good example for kids to follow.

He could stand to cry a bit less, but he's never had a single therapy session so I can let that slide.

>adventure time ended in the worst possible way ever
>finn gets to hang out with his mom
>lich defeated forever
>simon gets a good end
and this is bad because?
what, a couple of canonically bi people started dating?
I forgot it was Finn dates Princess Bubblegum Time and not adventure time

Samurai Jack didn't age well, but it could have had a much better ending
That's not necessarily how time paradoxes work, also, if Ashi did help Jack kill Aku in the past, then Ashi wouldn't have existed and Jack never would have gotten back
The only way to make a stable time loop was for the disappearance of Aku to not affect Ashi

I know that time travel, time paradoxes and stable time loops are usually hard to resolve, but I felt that SJ resolved the situation that way to force a bittersweet ending.

It could have been resolved without killing Aishi and erasing everyone in the bad future timeline from existence(at least I think they were erased).

>It could have been resolved without killing Aishi and erasing everyone in the bad future timeline from existence(at least I think they were erased).

No they couldn't

The whole points to get back to the past and kill Aku so naturally everyone you liked in the OG series is going to die when Jack reaches that goal
I have no idea why that's so difficult for people to come to terms with when they've been watching the show since they were kids going into adulthood. Did that thought just never cross your minds or something

Iron Man 3 is a fine Shane Black movie.
Still think Thor 2, Iron Man 2, and The Incredible Hulk are worse than it. (Haven't seen Captain Marvel, so no comment their.)

Elsa should be a nudist

>Samurai Jack's fifth season was the only season I liked from the show, the rest of it was slow and boring most of the time.
fucking AMEN
there's only a few episodes i remember, the majority of them were boring

Anime and Cartoons are completely different things and should not even be compared, is absurd.

I agree with this.

Elsa should be buck naked

But you never explained WHY you didn't like the show though, just that you stopped watching it at a certain point.

I think this applies to the entire thread...

Attached: Reported.png (211x120, 7K)

You know it's fucking bad when you see retards unironically saying they liked shit like Sanjay & Craig and Future Worm! in these threads.

Elsa should take off her clothes

>>What's with Andy is one of the greatest cartoons of all time
OH shit I didn't think someone else here actually agreed with this. Too bad it's almost as despised as W.I.T.C.H. and has an even smaller fandom if that's possible

OP said unpopular opinions, not pure bait.

geoff johns should have retconned the watchmen squid to be starro the conqueror

Attached: barve and the bold starro.jpg (257x386, 44K)

Elsa should bare it all

People disagree with that statement?

>Ed Edd and Eddy has aged horribly
Cringe and cuckpilled

Elsa is the sexiest cartoon girl

Trolls were a pointless addition to Homestuck that added virtually nothing to the comic and are one of the reasons why the fandom was so autistic back then.

What was homestuck even about? I never read it but heard about it frequently years back.

Webcomic about 4 kids playing a vidya game that later turns out to be world ending. Stops being centered around said 4 kids and starts shifting focus onto (mostly) shitty characters later in the comic.

bump

And you care that much what people like and dislike watching... WHY?

Because I got annoyed at the forced morals and whatnot. EQG only pushed me away even further. I just didn't have any fun watching it in any sense, unlike Dan Vs. OR Anything LPS (2012, AWOO), both shows which actually did habe characters I could finally relate to, personally.

Let me guess, you're one of those anons who thinks I should watch that show again? I really hope that's not the case here.

If so, no thank you and mind your own business. Please and thank you.

>Bubbline was a great addition to the finale and is pretty hot
>Korra is okay
>Star Wars Resistance is pretty good
>Kingdom Hearts is horrible series and Nomura should commit seppuku for including Disney characters in his convoluted and atrocious shonen anime fanfic
>Beauty and Beast (the live action remake) is not that bad
>Gravity Falls' humor is cheap and unfunny
>Yea Forumsco/'s bizzare adventure should have been continued
>Star War's new canon is superior and more consistent to the expanded universe
>I still unironically enjoy Nostalgia Critic's videos

Stories written by teams of young women and one gay guy tend to be full of mary sues and incompetent male characters.

I enjoy both the 2D and CG Star Wars: The Clone Wars shows equally.

I'm a fan of almost every movie in the MCU, and even the ones I don't like are movies I can't say I hate.

Shazam is the first DC movie I've honestly looked forward to in decades.

IDW's Transformers comics were the single best iteration of the franchise, and I hope the reboot they just did is even more successful.

>Ahsoka is now a Mary Sue, and should have been killed off in rebels, it makes zero sense to keep her around
>She also lacks any proper character or proper motivations
>Ventress is 20x the character Ahsoka is
>Ventress is hotter than Ahsoka

Attached: fmly1mo60lg21.jpg (443x455, 33K)

I wish comics weren’t 95% capeshit its really boring. Its so stagnant and I wish mainstream superheros would fuck off for while.

I actually like superhero comics but indie comics are way better and deserve far more acknowledgement then your average comic book hero

I'd go a step further and say the ONLY thing Marvel does better than DC at the moment is live action movies.

yes, yes, and yes op should kill himself

I never actually liked Rugrats and the art style looks terrible, every sungle one of the babies looks horribly deformed

>durr da mandawin twist was funnie

Tom Holland is the best Spider-Man. He perfectly captures a character who is a teenager AND a total dork.

Tobey McGuire was a dork, but he was way too old-looking to be playing a teenager. Yeah, adults playing teenagers was a thing at the time, but I have always had a hard time believing he was 17.

Andrew Garfield had the opposite issue. Despite being older than McGuire when he played Spider-Man, he actually looked like a teenage boy. However, he was too cool. The guy looked like an Abercrombie and Fitch model, had trendy clothes and rode a friggin skateboard, for goodness sake.

Also, it was good that the MCU skipped Spidey's origin story. Despite what the fanboys are clamoring for, nobody needs or wants to see Uncle Ben die again for the hundredth time.

Pretty much this. Why else is Star Vs such a chore to watch, for example???

Gotta agree with this. This is why people are into manga more nowadays. If anything, The US should just switch to only Graphic & visual novels - and expand beyond just capeshit, as well. Comics are pretty much obselete and even if they weren't, no one should be paying $4-5 for 32 pages of mostly SJWBS wrecking the capeshit market right now, no matter who's side you're on that isn't an indie (which is what more people should be buying and reading, anyway.).

>Ed Edd and Eddy has aged horribly
You fucking dipshit

Somehow, you're worse than OP, Boco. I don't know how that's possible.

When you think about it, existence is just a waste of time, and everything you do in it too. Can't deny it bro.

So, what does that make anime, then? Anime is just Japanese cartoons, after all. And I love how people like to avoid this argument when that truth is brought up, as well.

>Ed Edd and Eddy has aged horribly

I really doubt this and I'm tempted to watch a few episodes to prove you wrong.

You really don't need to rip off anime to be a good show. Sure, shows like korra and avatar done it well but I could care less about it.

Cute girls are also not the be all end all to a quality cartoon. Nothing more than waifu bait at worst. Don't get me wrong, I'm a horny bisexual, but gimme some cute boys gosh darn it!

I'm indifferent with the calarts style. It can be executed well but then you get shit like thunder cats go...that looks like shit....like a turd.

And the whole "simple style " means better animation falls flat on its.face when a lot of these cartoons are cheaply made. Very rarely do they take advantage of this.

Star vs is meh. I just watch it as a guilty pleasure. Steven universe isn't any better.

Simply having non white people, trans, or gay and bi characters in a story isn't a bad thing as long as you don't call a attention to it.

Marvel and indie comics > dc (sorry, I just like some of the grounded stuff they make)

I really wanna see more horror and unorthodox vs fantasy comics and cartoons

I want manga and comics to be at equals footing. The idea of these east Asian countries trying to take over the comic market scares the fuck out of me. Then again I'm a craz y...

I wanna see more stories with superpowers that are more jojo and less generic.

Girls with dyed hair> redheads> brunettes> blondes

Sexy hot chicks > cute girls (seriously, stop describing sultry women as cute.)

The whole punk look is cute on a girl. Fite me !

Same goes for more butch or masculine girls.

Action shows are overrated (but I admit to having a soft spot for them)

Attached: cae7243ad0bcefdab03d18d60e608cfc.jpg (382x481, 41K)

I like superheroes but I'm fed up with the constant retcons and reboots going on.

This needs to be said

>Ed Edd and Eddy has aged horribly
This is a wrong opinion, not an unpopular one.

Mabel and webby are ducking cute!

The pun not intended.

>What's with Andy is one of the greatest cartoons of all time

Attached: 23f.jpg (680x452, 91K)

yikes

It should have ended at cascade. I gave up in the middle of act six because hussy turned it into a slog

That's unpopular for you...like really unpopular. Jeez.

I don't know that I'd say it's funnier than peak Spongebob, but it is pretty underrated

>Ed Edd and Eddy has aged horribly

It was never good unless you happened to have been a child when you watched it. I was already out of high school when it came out and thought it was pretty bad compared to Cartoon Network's other original programming up to that point.

I think invader zim was annoying to watch

Dragon prince is alright for a simple fantasy cartoon

>watching cartoons after high school
loser lol

>Post movie Rugrats doesn't piss me off like it seems to most people
I think it's still really good after the first movie, it's after the second movie it became shitty

This is the best Disney movie that has come out this decade.
Prove me wrong.

Attached: 425099.jpg (1920x1080, 148K)

>sucking on trollhunterfags dick

Adventure time as a whole was still a great and enjoyable series, with the only real low-points being season 6 and the ending.

Being a bender irl would actually suck since you need to basically be flexible af and know kung fu to do anything.

Korra season 1 was better than Avatar season 1 and 3

Attached: 1547958836699.jpg (650x355, 35K)

This will always be the best Pixar movie.

but that's not the incredibles, user

the dark knight is an overrated movie. the real batkino are the dark knight returns movies.

>The Incelibles is better than Kino Story 2
nah

It's the best Toy Story at the very least.
