Gen will save you the trouble of digging a fucking grave
Easton Hernandez
Damn user, that's a good quip. I bet stan would've loved to think of that one when he was drawing the page.
Landon Smith
Ikeda was a badass and a half.
Christopher Watson
So many dead ninjas. And knowing that softie Chizu, some of them were her good friends.
Benjamin Collins
Did they even know what phosphorence was back then?
Jack Smith
This is one of my favorite single issue stories of the entire comic and it doesn't even star Usagi. High tension, deadly ninja action and a major turning point for an important character.
Sebastian Miller
I wonder if they will show more infighting in the neko clan.
Betraying the leader has got to rub more than just one ninja the wrong eay and it sounds like others are willing to backstab to the top.
Justin Brooks
They later mention that she still has some loyalists left, but they are a minority. There will be even less when infighting ends. In the possibly-maybe-who knows canon Senso her clan looked like it was made out of two dozens of ninjas at most.
Gavin Cooper
You never know. Those filthy kirishitans are everywhere these days. will ruin Edo.
Yeah, fighting all night while fighting a hearty dose of poison you're sort of immune to as well as a major betrayal can make you rough around the edges.
Chizu is a nice girl at heart! She no deserve this!
Joshua Watson
What a badass. RIP
Mason Phillips
Woah this isn't Informant. Who is this loser?
Hudson Cox
Informants expendible cousin
Brayden Morris
Ikeda is one of my favorite side characters. Patience of the Spider, him meeting with Noriyuki, and then this story arc are all great for him.
I do wonder how he got wrapped up in the rebellion. I think he was just serving the guy who rebelled?
Christopher Ortiz
This is a man who does NOT lose staring contests.
Ryan Robinson
Chizu needs a spa day.
Dylan White
Chizu needs a nice long eared ronin
Lucas Martinez
I like you Kimi. Im gonna feel SUPER bad when/if you eventually die because we can't have nice things.
Benjamin Brown
If Chizu ever gets those scraps of her clan who remain loyal to her back (most likely Kimi and as little as a few dozens more) and gets rid of all the traitors/Hikiji's dick suckers, then she can have a nice cushy job of spying (and not killing!) for the resident good guy lord Noriyuki. They met once already, during the Dragon's Bellow Conspiracy, so backed up by Usagi's good word - a guy to whom Noriyuki owes an absolute shitload - and evidence of her actions against Hikiji during those past few years, she would be considered a trustworthy and good addition to Geishu forces.
But first, Chizu has to finally meet Tomoe. After her excellent run-in with Kitsune my hype for that moment is sky-high. What is taking Stan so long?
Jack Perez
Have Chizu and Tomoe never met? I feel like they must have at least once?
Ian Gutierrez
Nope, not even once since Chizu got introduced almost 30 years ago. That's why it's one of the most anticipated moments in the comic. Especially if they get jealous and angry at each other because of, I dunno, some handsome long eared ronin standing between them.
They are so very different (high class samurai lady and a commoner ninja girl) but also so much alike (both have astrong sense of honor, are noble at heart and like bunnies) that their first meeting will be an event to remember.
John Young
Yeah. I want to see it soon but I don't blame Stan for not rushing it out.
Adam White
I am not sure I want to see this, I can't imagine it ending well in any case.
What kind of animal are Sanshobo and Ikeda supposed to be?
Isaiah Campbell
Sanshobo is a bear I believe.
Gabriel Thompson
I assume everyone with ears right at headline is supposed to be some kinda mountainlion or large cat.
Tyler Rivera
That makes sense, they're a little too slim to be bears I think
Bentley White
I don't see what kind of cat it could be though. Tiny ears and a huge muzzle or whatever you call it. Although I guess bear doesn't really fit either.
Wiki's list of UY characters doesn't give their species either, and they give the species for almost everyone else. Dammit, this will keep me awake at night.
So what if the Neko ninja and Panda lord find themselves at odds? Usagi is fond of the kid but he's not exactly on his regular pay roll either. And the Panda has been making some rather, poor, decisions lately.
I don't know what's gonna happen with Keiko but it scares me a little.
Brody Turner
Any new catfight pics?
Hudson Young
It depends on the exact nature of the conflict. Neko have been both pawns and enemies of Hikiji, and given that its feudal Japan shifting allegiances are common so I don't see panda lord holding a grudge.
What would be the cause of the conflict? Espionage? Assassination? Theft? His retainer and bodyguard having a wrestling match with their ex-boss at a hotspring?
