Is it actually good. I was meaning to see it since it premiered but I can't find time. Seems like a good combo to have a person who had to read through every script and apparently based a story on her own childhood. But I can't muster the energy to actually watch it since I stopped watching Simpsons long ago.

It is actually good. Everyone in the family gets a moment to shine, Mr. Largo of all people gets some unexpected but surprisingly welcome focus in the first act, J.K. Simmons is glorious as always, and the ending is a perfectly done family scene.
