It depends which iteration of these characters we're talking about. Presuming 2003 TT, bb and terra would have actualized without the presence of Slade. On the other hand, robin and raven probably would have never actualized as anything other than an intense platonic relationship (unless im missing something)

Robin is a turboautist sperg in 2003 wholly incapable of reciprocating romantic feelings. His mission centric focus is unparalleled: he either wouldnt want to accept affecting consider he know how intensely star likes him (because it would affect the mission) or he was never actually genuine in the first place (placating raven for the sake of the mission)

I certainly concur. Realistically, given the dynamics as they were presented in the series, there really aren't any viable otps that would disrupt the unity of the team in some capacity.

In the comics at least, they're both similar in age, both are pretending to be someone they are not (except beast boy is much better at it), they both have a rebelious attitude, she is willing to play along with his teasing and vice versa, and she was pretty nice when they were in private.

Hell it could be argued that garfield wasn't caught out by terra turning out to be a mole in the end (since he confronted her about the inconsistencies in her story before she even did it), but that he was hurt that she didn't switch to the titans' side out of love, like dick did to brother blood when starfire called out to him.

Robin can't into how is actual love.
He had Batman as a father figure for more of his life than his actual father, and all Batman knows is that every woman is secretly manipulating him to get his identity, money, or a slap on the wrist when caught.
Not the best parenting to go through during puberty.
Nightwing is far enough down the line that he could have an actual romantic feeling. He's a decent pairing for Starfire, who is much more emotional compared to his subdued emotional state.

Yes, much like the new teen titans comic it was inspired by. The panels in that image are from a later story arc in the NTT where nightwing and raven were under brother blood's control so wondergirl asked for the help from other heroes, and jason was the robin of the period.
