The only thing he scanned was the new material (e.g. the covers, advertising and the new story, usually one per book). He used the Empire digital rips done by others to create a hybrid paper scan.
But he's done pure scans of other stuff and his work is nice. I think Talon and Rumor Royal do higher work, as well as Maid of Might, but his is top notch.

DC doesn't call them "Visionaries" but they have had recent books (Jerry Ordway, for example) for Superman, a number for Wonder Woman (Rucka, Perez), some of which are not by writers, but are by artist (there's a Deodato WW collection, a chunk for the Wally West Flash that are omnibus equivalent (Waid, Morrison, Johns) although Morrison and Waid have a number of standard trades, a shit ton for Bat God, both by artist (Gene Conlan, Carmine Infantino, etc.) and writers but some of these are collections of their works and not straight runs, so they skip and chose floppies, as well as straight runs such as Morrison's pre-52 run, and stuff since then, like a Snyder omni. I'm sure King will get something at some point.
Some of this stuff is considered classic stuff, like Morrison's Batwank, or Perez' Wonder Woman, but some of it is just collected by an author (Ordway's Superman). Some of this is due to pandering to a writer (so we get two Hawkman by Cereal Lord omnibus but nothing for Kubert. much less nothing for Gardner Fox for Hawkman, the JSA, The Flash, Green Lantern, et. al.).
Jack Kirby has gotten some nice collections of late (Challengers, The Demon, Mister Miracle etc.)
DC has seemed to be willing to collect newer things (past decade, less so, 15-20 years back) but other than for a few better known characters or writers like Kirby, older stuff not so much.
Most of what I've rattled off has been ripped, or is in print if you're wanting to order from your LCS.

If a book hit a special threshold, the creative teams got bonuses, and then would later get extra money from printings. This has backfired a bit, as the accountants in the modern day don't want to pay those out, so stuff from 1976-1997 is rarely collected unless they think it will sell super well (Grell GA's main series was 100% collected, but in smaller printings). There were a few special occasions where DC was willing to print something pricey for them, like when Norm Breyfogle (RIP) had a stroke. They put out two thick hardcovers of his Batwork, and the royalties helped with his recovery. Those books were completely specific to him though, meaning only content from him. This means that one issue near the end of the first hardcover was part two of a three part arc. Part one and three were not in the book because he didn't draw them. That insured that Breyfogle (and Alan Grant) got the $$$

Did anyone ever rip Infinity Inc Vol 1 issues 44-53 plus Annuals 1-2 and the Special Vol 1 in HD?. I found issues 1-43 ripped by ShadowCat and Glorith but not 44-53. If they weren't ripped can someone rip them? Thanks.

you could set it up to filter losercloud links, don't worry about the rare time you actually want to use it because there's a button that you can click and it'll show up the links

You might need to do it manually - I normally just delete the UC links completely from the right side bar tab. Conversely, I almost never grab UC links. I just run a desu or fireden search for (digital) (zippyshare) and I'm home free.
