Man, true Stamper is being a dick but Mick is doing the exact opposite of what you should be doing with somebody like him.
If you're dealing with a friend who already isolates themselves and is so convinced that everybody hates them, being aggressive towards them in your language is the last thing you should ever do because it will only reinforce what they already assumed. True you shouldn't be a doormat to their behavior but this is one of those situations that's really hard trying to find a balance to. Problem is Mick doesn't really seem to try either.
All this shit really concerned me so I started looking into it and Mick is handling this horribly. He's talking about as much shit as Stamper has and just keeps calling him a coward and a loser and using a very aggressive tone in general. All that shit will lead to Stamper feeling more validated in his fucked up thoughts and will just continue to isolate himself and convince himself that suicide is the only answer. Mick's feelings on the matter are absolutely valid, but he needs to keep them in check if he actually wants to help Stamper
If anything Stamper's mom knows how to handle her composure with him and be able to approach him like he's an adult. True he'll still throw a tantrum about it but her mannerisms allow some approach-ability to the issue. Of course she'd know how to deal with him since he's her son but it shows that she does know how to reach him in the most effective way even if he's resistant. From what I've seen this isn't the first time she was the only one that could actually keep Stamper grounded and composed. Mick needs to learn to take notes and not make the situation more aggressive than it is. He's already got that Irish retardation keeping him from being useful so he needs to lighten up on it a bit.
