there was nothing wrong with the Scarlet Witch nightmares, AOU wasn't completely deprived of alright stuff

With her money, she could adopt an older kid, she could arrange a surrogate, date a divorced guy with kids, work with the foster system, all kinds of shit. The thing is she never found a guy good enough, so she's trying to become a single mom on purpose, seems like an awful idea.

I saw it twice in the theaters and I had no trouble understanding where she was coming from as well. (tumblrinas and feminazis wanting to bitch about something shouldn't really surprise anyone)

regarding the romance, I found its execution to be sloppy, but I knew Whedon wanted to connect the two because of their past regrets, loneliness, and feeling "like a monster."

She doesn't feel like a monster because she can't have kids, she feels like a monster because that's the one thing taken from her that she could see herself doing other than killing.
